went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my son. I initially got in the wrong line (about 10-15 min..pick up/drop off) but after moving toward the front of the line I noticed there was an “Express” lane, so I moved to that line assuming it would be faster. While in that lane the second cashier took customers from both the regular line and the express line, so ultimately they were both being processed exactly the same. There appeared to be no such thing as an “Express” lane. Initially I was prepared to pay for my additional items in the front of the store due to the line being “express” but when I saw others purchasing items in front of me AND others who were not in line for “express” being allowed to be helped in front of those in the express lane I told my son I would pay for his snacks at the same register. Once at the register I scanned my bar code and the cashier asked if I was going to pay for my other items at her register. I stated yes. I also told her my medical items had to be done separate from non medical due to using my HSA card. She then stated “then you will have to take those items to the front”. I then asked “ am I not allowed to pay for the other items here?” She replied “you can but there are other people in line waiting.” I then said well, I waited - they can also wait, so I’d like to ring up my items here please. This caused (incited) another customer to make a negative comment to me because I expressed that I had waited like everyone else. I feel the cashier should have done her job, rang me up without her comment which caused problems for me in the store. I can understand attempting to keep the line moving to the point where she told me “this shirt has no tag so I can’t ring it here”, so my response was ok, I will not buy it then and I left it. If they were running the line like an actual express line I could understand not ringing extra items, but if you allow others to purchase other items, leave from behind the counter to assist others in finding items and you are taking others who don’t have a bar code from the other line to the express line, why should I have to go get in line a 3rd time. Not to mention her even saying that to me could have caused others to retaliate and take it out on me or my son, making my store experience unsafe! I am very bothered by the experience.

Walked in at 7:52pm and the girl said they were closed, “sorry”. Ridiculous, unprofessional place. No wonder they get robbed all the time.

Pharmacy staff is unprofessional and rude. Especially someone named "Yvette". Take your prescriptions ANYWHERE else!

Always get excellent service from the staff here. They're always quick to refill my many orders and inform me of anything I need to watch out for. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you for your help.

Here!1550 Puente Ave Baldwin Park, CA 91706 I must complain about this cvs!I went shopping for Articles for women last night.A black American teased me.I gave him cash, and he gave me the change.Then he told me"enjoy your life".He won't give it to me.He's teasing me. A lady next to me also smiled.Why don't you give me my things?Then he pretended that nothing had happened.He said you went to the pharmacy to get it.I'm confused. Then he made fun of me and gave me something.I want to know.What employees did Cvs find?I have to complain to you today. I want to take a picture of the salesman for you.Give me an explanation, boss!!No respect for others!Have no respect for women！I have to come back today. You must apologize to me!!

Great location, lots of parking. I find everything I need! The staff are friendly and this place is clean , always fully stocked !
