We all know the food is good at times but I've been experiencing unfriendly service at the registers. Young ladies seem to be annoyed when you don't know what to order and just stare at me with no smile. Seem to not be happy with their jobs. Need different ethnics working there, not just ungrateful Hispanics.Dine in tables never cleaned after customers use until the end of the day. Baldwin Park only. West Covina restaurant is much BETTER!

This El Pollo Loco stands above the rest. Great customer service in addition to a properly basted and grilled chicken. It was refreshing to know that the "Original" El Pollo Loco still exists. (Great service and great grilled chicken flavor)

I just recently tired the chicken and shrimp tostada on their menu today and I was very impressed! Portion size was good and all the ingredients were well balanced. I went through the drive through and service was pretty quick overall. Will be coming back again in the near

It is always the same, I don't get it, you order something with or without stuffs, and they give it the way they want, and if you ask for green chiles, or hot sauce, they get mad.?

I really enjoying dining in. Food is great and they serve you good portion. Recommend to use the app. You can get food cheaper it has a qr code they scan when you order dine in and also get qr code scan at check out before you pay for your rewards.Free food to app.I hope this is informativeEasy to use. Save money and it health.I save money to be able to pay for school. Thank you pollo loco.

It shows that they put effort into making the food look good, I have never had any type of complaint, it needs a little cleaning but nothing out of the ordinary, one of my favorite places to relax for a while!!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE HAPPENED TODAY!! Maria the manager gave the nastiest attitude and service. As a manager why you talking to me like we out in the streets with your voice loud and unnecessary attitude. I'm a very understanding person when it comes to fast food places I know it can get overwhelming but she had no right to talk to me the way she did. Threatening me to get out the car, closing the drive thru window on me, had other customers waiting for the show she was putting on, just acting out for no reason. I live in Baldwin Park, I come to this Pollo Loco often and never have I had service this bad. Wait can be long, employees can act slow, but today was truly insane. The way Maria the manager acted over a missing item that wasn't given to me was absurd.

Everything was going well with my experience till I got to the window. The guy at the window read back my order. When he mentioned my drink he said a small I said toHim can I make it a medium. At this point I didn't knowIt can in either a small or a large. The guy says yes. Reached for my card and charged me. I didn't look at the receipt when he handed it back to me. I was thinking it's probably a few extra jungles for the upgrade of the drink. The guy hands me the drunk and it was clearly a small. So I was a little confused. I said to him, is this a medium. And he said yes. So I asked what does a small look like. He then tells me well the drink only comes in a small or large. At this point, I was irritated because when I asked if I could make it a medium, he should have told me that I could make it a large and that they don't offer a medium instead, he lied to me and said yes, so I said to him, you should've told me that there was no medium. I would've just told you to charge me for a large the guy didn't apologize didn't say anything he just handed me my drink not it I'm sorry nothing a couple of seconds later he handed me my food and shut the window didn't say I apologize nothing it's OK to make a mistake, but to not apologize for the mistake really irritated me. The gentleman just straight lied to my face and thought that I wasn't going to question the size of the drink when you handed it to me is this what you're teaching your employees? Where is the integrity?
