We got a flat tire on our road trip. Alex got us in last minute and he and his guys stayed after hours to get us back on the road. Decent prices, excellent service. Highly recommend.

Recently while moving to a new home in Arizona, my granddaughter and her husband had problems. My grandson was driving a UHaul truck with a car on a trailer behind the truck. My granddaughter was driving their other car and followed the truck. When they started having problems they went to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Baldwin Park, CA. The people there diagnosed the problem with the car my granddaughter was driving, and told them the car could not be fixed there and should not be driven. My granddaughter and her husband were devastated and realized the only thing they could do was to get the car off the trailer, move all of the packed things out of that car into the undrivable car and put it on the trailer. The people at Firestone selflessly helped them do everything even though that was not in their usual "job description". On top of that they did not charge them for the diagnostic work they had performed. It is so nice to know there are still good, caring people in our world. Thank you so much for helping our family members!!! God bless you all!!!

Don’t know where to begin the service I’ve been provided in the past here in Baldwin Park has been excellent. My appointment was at eight. I was out the door by 930. Everything that I had passed done was taken care of. Had service in another location with appointments And Service was done between six and eight hours. There’s been a time where the service wasn’t even done as to the alignment and tire rotation. Now here today was checked in by Monica, within 5 mins my cars was already taken in for service. Have too travel for service in Baldwin park, but I don’t mind considering how professional and great service they provide. Thank you Monica, Alex Sally and of course the service Techs.

Very honest car service. A Volkswagon dealership told me the breaks and rotors on the tiguan needed to be replaced and quoted me $1000. I came into firestone and the mechanic team showed me the rotors were wearing irregularly, but that the breaks still had half of their life. Recommend coming back in 6 months.
They also quoted me half the dealer cost.
I will be come back here for all my up coming car needs because of that honest.
Saved lots money today.

This place really lives up to their 5 Start reviews!! If I could give more, I would. There isn't a single staff that doesn't go around with a smile and a caring personality, which makes this place very welcoming for all customers. I've brought in my car for an oil change a few times and Monica has been awesome!! She is the reason why I keep coming to this location. My experience with her customer service has definitely exceeded my expectations.

I was able to get my oil changed at a great price & the csr even called me to let me know I had a nail in my tire & offered to patch the tire for only a small cost. Overall I will be coming back for all my car care needs! Highly Recommend!

The Baldwin Park, Firestone team did not hesitate a second to accommodate my slow leak tire repairs. After intake from start to finish about 30 minutes, easy, expert repair! Will continue to bring my business back to this station.
