I came here bc my dad was at Kaiser, got there at 2:10. I ended up choosing the diamond package which comes out to $26 minus a 10% off when you check in through Yelp and am pretty satisfied with the work. It did take about an hour plus, so go with some time flexibility. I would go back :) only thing I have to say is that there was still dust in the space where the odometer is

i have taken my 97 miata here for over 10 YEARS and, 'they knew me'.....i knew i could just get my 9.99 wash and NEVER VACUUM because i always keep it clean inside and it always came out BEAUTIFUL, i even had the guys there asking me if i wanted to sell it and it looked NEW because i had worked hard after buying it to make it that way. now, this NEW MANAGEMENT.... i told the manager? whoever was standing back there writing up the ticket-i only want the wash and for it to come out shiny so whatever that cost is what i wanted but DON'T DO THE INSIDE-he argued with me and kept saying 'I'M GOING TO VACUUM IT"....i said NO, I DON'T WANT ANYTHING DONE ON THE INSIDE except the windows-of course. he kept arguing and in the end-he did what HE WANTED-not what i asked for. i had recently replaced my convertible top with plastic back window-when my car came out-i didn't really check it but as i was driving to my next stop-i couldn't see out my back window-i thought w.t.f.? i parked, got out and saw the window was like it had been scrubbed to the point of no return-faded like it had been scrubbed with ? who knows? it went from clear to totally clouded and i have no idea what they did to it-and there were swirls all over the paint and it looked like the 'shine was gone'..... my car is black and SHINED before this and the hood was the worst and THEN, i noticed my dash (it's black) looked like it had been scrubbed with cleanser-i went back-3 NICE guys were trying to help me-none spoke english except 1, and they seemed to want to listen and help me but THEN MEAN, ANGRY MAN who forced me to get the inside of my car done came over and asked me ANGRILY, "how much did you pay"...i told him and he THREW, three 20 dollar bills on the seat of my car and told me to LEAVE-one of the other nice guys said 'let me try to make it so you can see out your back window, i don't want you to get in an accident" before leaving-i gave the 'nice guys' each back their tip and said 'it's not your fault' and i felt sorry for them-having to work for THAT GUY. i used to get a great wash for 9.99 and come out of there SHINY ....SO..... i paid 60.00 (later returned) for my car to get RUINED AND.... there is some component behind the console that BROKE and was just hanging there-they tried to hide it-i still haven't checked to see what that is. i don't even drive that often anymore since i'm retired but the last time i went out-i saw how horrible my car looked and i just felt STRONGLY that this shouldn't have happened-i called them and spoke to a nice woman who worked there-she said 'i have 3 of my best guys here now'...it was late afternoon-she said 'bring it down'....they ALL looked at it and said 'nothing they could do' except run it through a basic wash and one said 'it's old'....i said, i know-but i am the 2nd owner and i had it looking SO NEW that people complimented it all the time. i sure wish one of the previous employees who worked there off and on over the years had been around named renee (sp?) because he knows-how good my car looked-past tense.

Went in for the mini detail special today and was not that impressed. All the staff was very nice and helpful but the detail work was very sloppy. The windows were smudgy, there was wax left over on some of the parts of the car, they missed a lot of spots on the exterior and the inside dressing on the dash, center console and door handles was also sloppy. They missed a lot of spots on the inside and a lot of spots were still really wet and pooled in some areas. I had to get a cloth and buff it out when I got home. The screen on my stereo is also now scratched from it being scrubbed so hard :( The wash was good and the wax looked good in some parts but overall it was a very rushed job and I probably should have just derailed it myself.

Paid for a detail job and it was regular car wash with a little bit of wax, the inside of my car is still dirty, the windows weren't even cleaned well. I was there at the end of their shift so maybe that's why they did a poor job. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience here. I am usually patient and understanding, but not when the person in charge is a lying thief. They failed at changing my oil properly and failed at washing my car.

Got talked into doing a mini detail on my car which I agreed to for a more thorough clean than just a vacuum and a basic wash. The car came out VERY poorly clean and mind you it wasn't very dirty to begin with. I wasn't expecting a super detailed interior clean but the minimum of a good through vacuum and wipe down. The car was EXTREMELY POORLY VACCUMED and was not wipe down at all interiorly. A minimal vacuum and car wash at any other place could've done a better job for half the cost.

Very skeptical of places to take my Porsche. I'm not a snob, but I worked hard for a nice car and I want to keep it in pristine condition. The guys here are friendly and efficient, and I'm always satisfied with the way my car looks after they're done.

The greeter shares the daily specials and promotions upon your arrival, they are not pushy which is something I truly appreciate. I had my car washed and waxed, great job. Thank you for providing an awesome experience.

Got a basic detail here and I was super impressed with the attention to detail and how clean the car came back. Great customer service and easy to work with. Dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by early afternoon. The work and the environment here is nothing shy of PERFECTION! I've been to other establishments prior to and this place is by far the best. Highly recommend!!

Found this place from Yelp. Came to get a car wash. The manager said today there's a auto detailing special for $45. He said they can get all my mess of watermarks and saps off of my car. I thought why not? Pretty good deal. Wasn't expecting too much. The results were wonderful! I can't believe they really were able to get rid of all those watermarks and saps from my hood and windows! My 2010 car is looking brand new! They dressed up the dash and sides too! Everything looks beautiful and new. Perfect holiday gift for my car Got my baby a spa bath

I bought a new car and wanted to get my old one detailed before I sold it. They did an a amazing job inside and out including the engine. My old car looks practically brand new and smells great. Shampooed the seats and cleaned every nook and cranny. I believe it's under new management and it's going pretty good there now.

Due to the recent rain, my brand new car got pretty dusty and wanted to get it washed. In order to prevent any scratches I decided to bring here for a hand wash. The service was good and everyone was nice, but the wash was terrible. After getting home, I can see that there was still dust on the back window and parts of the body. What upset me the most, is that my brand new car with no scratches, now had swirl scratch marks. I'm very upset with how they washed my car and I will never bring it back again. I guess if you want something done right, you got to do it yourself. This business needs to learn when to switch their towels to prevent this from other cars.

I came here because it's 100% hand wash and I had bad experiences with my previous car getting dinged up by the machines other places ran it through. The prices are really good. I ended up going with the works package. My car was cleaned inside and out. It actually looked even better than when I bought it last month. The service is great too. I was greeted upon parking and the different packages were shown to me. They had a special on a mini detail, but since I just bought my car I decided on something a little less for now. I went inside to pay and the owner was so friendly and kind. He even gave us a frequent customer card that gives you a free wash after 10. When my car was ready, I was asked to look and make sure I didn't see any spots that were left undone. This level of detail and service makes a huge difference. My husband also got his truck washed that same day. He got the mini detail and it looked as if he just drove it out of the showroom. We are so happy we found this gem and will be coming back again! Make sure you bring cash to tip because the guys do a great job and highly deserve it!

Been coming here for years but new management has made improvements. Better quality, better service! I always leave happy with the work they do on my 18' Malibu. The products they use have disinfectants, so they are making great strides to keep their customers and employees safe due to Covid-19. I will definitely keep coming here. Eco Hand Car Wash customer for life!
