Brought my pre-loved clothes here for drop-off and the lady worker there screamed at me that their bin was full. She could’ve just told me calmly and I would understand. Haven’t gone back.

This is one of my girlfriend's favorite places to shop for decorative stuff, movies, books and clothes. I personally like their book selection and their tshirts. More importantly, all their staff, especially managers but also cashiers, are very customer-oriented and friendly. Never a bad experience here, especially with their Thursday specials.

Do not donate here. My mother was taking out all of the bags from our car to donate (at least 10) and one of the workers working there proceeded to verbally harass her and called her a 'bitch' because he assumed she was going to leave them on the curb when in reality she was taking all of them out first. If you're going to work at a donation store, have a good demeanor, especially if you're accepting donations, as your store would not exist without people's donations, nor your job.

I did not enjoy my service with Marisela the manager at all. She is very rude and disrespectful. As a customer I have the right to use the exchange policy if an item does not work. It is clearly stated on Goodwills policy that I have 60 days to exchange. She tried to argue with me and kept saying to go to a different location. I even asked her to call the original location and dispute it and she quickly changed her mind and ended up giving me the exchange. If she doesn’t want to uphold current store policies, yell at me, and be rude then she needs to be reprimanded in my opinion. She should not be taking her anger out on me or any other customer.

The store was very clean and organized. I needed help with a price and they assisted me very well. I have never seen a goodwill this clean :) as many of them are left unkept

Went in to donate about 2 bags of clothing, some loose household items, and 3 blankets. The store manager(female) tells me that the store does not accept blanket donations and goes on about 10 mins about Goodwill's mission of empowerment and to help people get back on their feet and how they only sell items that help make money for their "mission". Great! I'm all for that. I go back an hour later with another 2 bags of clothing and a very rude male staff tells me they don't accept baby clothes. How he deduced I was donating baby clothes is a mystery to me because my bags are black and you can't see anything through them. I told him I don't have baby clothes and that regardless of the size, I was there earlier and spoke to the female manager who only specified blankets as an item they don't accept. He brings out the manager who now tries to give a me another spiel about how they don't accept baby clothes because they can't sell that due to stains etc..( Again, I DONT HAVE BABY CLOTHES IN THE BAGS I'M DONATING). I point out to her that although I'm not donating baby clothes at this time, she also didn't mention that an hr ago when I made my first trip with donations and then she tries to go back into her speech about empowerment and helping others by selling the items for profit and how some things don't sell and others do. I cut her off and told her and I won't be dropping off donations at that store anymore. Staff need to be more transparent and consistent with what they communicate to customers/donors. At any rate, all of these items are being donated free of charge to them. Take the donation & thank the donor. Don't stand there and make me feel like an asshole for donating something you consider subpar and won't make a profit. It's their job to sort and decide what they can sell or not; not mine. And everything is overpriced!! That's the reason they can't make sales and clear their shelves. I've seen Target and Walmart sell NEW items for way cheaper than the things they sell there. "Empower" yourselves to do better, Goodwill.

Sizes were mixed up.Cashier was very cold, didn't bother to thank customer. I don't know if they hate their job or me. Felt like they just wanted me to leave right away.
