If you need help with home internet and activating unlocked phone this is the place you want to be to be honest I walked in wanting to get 5g home internet and ku helped me to apply acp discount and lower my monthly plan he checked what I actually use VS what I actually pay for and saved me so much money and I had many questions regarding unlocked devices and he took his time to check every detail of every deviceThis is the best metro you got yourself a loyal metro for life customer!

The rep, Ku, was great! He was honest and knowledgeable of the devices. I had an issue with one of the buttons on my old phone and he helped me out with that big time. I went to 3 different Metro PCS stores and 2 Best Buys today and Ku was the only one kind enough to help me with a solution. Thanks Ku.
