“You are the best. Thank you Maria and the Pharmacy. I came on Sunday, 9/27/2020 after being treated like homeless people asking for food in the CVS Pharmacy in Alhambra. Here is what I wrote to the CVS Headquarters:"1st time use this pharmacy and it's already the worst in my 27 years as an Alhambra resident. The lady (maybe a Chinese, from the other reviews.)didn't say hi and thank you. We were like homeless coming in asking for food instead of getting prescription medicine. The time is around 6 pm, Saturday, September 26. By the way, we were the only customer at that time.When we want to Walmart pharmacy on Sunday, it was completely different. The lady helped us to search and compare coupons on multiple websites using her own time (it was 5 minutes after closing). Her name is Maria and she treats all her customers like her own family. I would suggest the CVS store manager going to Walmart Baldwin Park to learn what is being an American about."”

I didn't feel rushed by her . Usually, I feel rushed by younger people , and feel like they don't really want to help, or work in general. “So I was having the same issue contacting this pharmacy over the phone ... I also spent over an hour trying to contact them and so did my insurance . I decided to drive down to baldwin park to their location and was guided and helped out by the nicest people . I mentioned the phone thing to them and found out they had no idea , called the number and it just wasn't going through on their end so turned out it was some technical phone issue that hadn't been brought up to their attention as most people thought they were being ignored and there was no other way than to drive there to communicate this to them. By now I would hope their lines are functional again. Anyways, the awesome experience I had when I visited that day was great and they were able to hand be my meds that same day . all was done within 30-35 minutes . They were just so genuinely eager to help that I wasnt upset about the phone issue anymore . So yeah, if ur reading bad reviews talking about not being able to get a hold of anyone just know it wasn't because of bad customer service - They have EXCELLENT. Customer service - the problem was a phone line issue ...”

“I asked that my extrabucks be applied at check out. Before entering the store I went to the app and I said send all to card and there should have been $6+ sent to card. I asked cashier to use extra bucks. When I got to my car I looked at my digital receipt and $6 EB was not applied. So, I went back to the app and saw that the $6 was still avail in the app with the ability to "send to card" Therefore my DELIBERATE attempt to send EBs to card before entering the store did not take. I'm just glad I didn't loose it. So, nothing to be fixed or solved. It's a great, clean store with lots of long standing friendly employees.”
