I have known them for several years and have done work with you and I have also had bad experiences with the employees, not with the company, they do not answer messages and they take too long to give estimates. waiting 2 days for a price and a call and no one made it I hope you pay attention to the employees in charge of giving prices they take too long and people can't wait that long and they hurt your business”

“I usually go to this UPS store, but tried to go to one near my work today - a mistake. The other store was not helpful and just added to an already bad day.
I decided to go to this one afterwards and they are AMAZING, as always. The guys who work here are super nice, quick, and knowledgeable. It’s an easy experience to ship here. So grateful to have them nearby!!
