Sorry Rin M, to see to go through difficult time about being charged two times on your card. We was notified by our credit machine that it was only charge one time. Just bring your bank statement and show us than we will refund to you but you never bring us the bank statements. It just the company policy.

DONT GO HERE! They double charged my card and told me to call my bank to get my money back ! It was a hassle going back and forth with them . He wanted a print out of my bank statement . I showed them the money was taken out from my bank account from my phone . He wanted to bank to give me my money back and not taken from them . Owners are good liars and a fraud ! They took the tip out and never gave it to the lady that did my nails ! Seems like this ain’t the first time they done this.
So if you tap your card , and it says decline or error . check ur bank statement. They will tell you , it never went through .

Update:
I recently went in again for a gel mani and pedi. It was about 3pm on a Friday. I’m disappointed to say the service was mediocre this time around. My manicure was rushed and lacked detail. There was lotion applied like usual. The pedicure was just slightly better. The polish application was not evenly applied and not neat along the edges. The video of a bird was playing over and over, and it was really annoying to listen to.
I went in on a Friday night and was serviced right away. The gel pedicure was great! The nail tech took her time and was very detailed with the prep part. The price was pretty average. I’m giving a 4/5 because the nail polish application could have been applied more evenly.
