Good afternoon, on August 19, I went to this storage to rent a small one. It is worth mentioning that I have been renting one for several years but it is really very small, but Miss Carla, a very kind person, looked for other options for me, explained herself and resolved all my doubts with great kindness. I was really surprised by her great work. I have been with public storage for many years and they had never really paid attention to me before. Thank you very much for having Carla in this place. I must say that I absolutely am
Satisfied with my storage staff especially Jessica. She’s goes above and beyond at all aspects. She is always willing to help not just me but I see her help all tenants/customer the same. No one is favored in anyways. She really knows what customer service is suppose to be. Not only does she make sure customers are okay at all times on site but she also maintains the cleanliness and safety of the site. I feel like she really cares about her job. Thank you Jessica for treating us customers like we always matter. Appreciate your loyalty to us.
