I went to this place yesterday and they did a horrible job. The lady didn’t even cut my cuticles correctly, I asked them to cut them and was given attitude. The lady cut me and she put acetone on it. The nail polish is already peeling off after one day. Never coming back here again.

Be very careful where you are going to get the pedicure, I went on Saturday, December 3, 2023, not even eight days have passed and this is how it is, my infected finger started on Sunday with a pain that I thought would pass and it turns out that it is a bacterial infection, I had to go To the Alta Med doctor I am on antibiotics and ibuprofen because the pain is still a lot.

The cause for complaint is to address the colorism, racial slurs, and unethical behavior in the presences of customers and minor children in the workplace. The lead supervisor Vickie ----- depicts and demonstrates colorism and racism in her nail salon. Vickie ------ refers to people of color as too dark to be related to a lighter complected individual (minor) a child. On March 20, 2022, a minor child and the biological mother came into the Regal Nail Salon to address the services the paying mother received for nail services on March 18,2022. The nail job was unprofessional and tacky. On a Friday evening, the services completed were not done properly, nor fairly. The mother requested on March 20, 2022; the manicure/ pedicure be done properly, which was a Sunday evening. The staff did adjust the manicure/ pedicure. As time passed , Vickie saw the mother had a fair skinned minor child and the mother was brown complected, Vickie ''asked why your child is so white and your dark'' and ''he does not look like you". Mother stated ''you are just looking at the skin color, he looks like me''. Then Vickie began to laugh in the mother's/ child's face and started conversating in her native language, which was Vietnamese along with her staff. Then they all laughed. The staff member began to look me in my eyes while she was rubbing my legs, laughing in my face while speaking in Vietnamese. The mother states she has witnessed and endured this type of unethical behavior from Vickie the Regal Nail Salon supervisor and the staff on numerous occasions. Vickie is promoting racism in the Walmart Shopping Center and in the Presence of Staff, Customers, and Minor children in the operation hours of business. In the recurring event there were other customers present, the witness was sitting to the right of the mother and child in Regal nail salon around 4:00 PM Sunday. I am a kind person and I pay my balance with no complaints and tip each worker who works on my manicure and pedicure. Vickie has reiterated ''I do not tell when there is a problem, I will scare her business away''. Unfortunately, I will not accept the bribery and discrimination. I paid my fee and went above and beyond to be respectful while I was disrespected by a group of people who are foreigners. ''While they screw the customers over they are laughing in their native languages''. In addition, a minor child did experience a fall in the Regal Nail Salon due to lack of proper accommodations. On Friday March 18 ,2022 a family and the women along with her minor children were provided a chair with arms that gave the minor children accommodations to prevent a fall. On Sunday, the 20th day of March 2022, my minor son was not provided the equality to prevent him from falling. The petition is to order the English language be spoken during business operation hours, when natives of the English language are in occupancy. The request is being made for the cause of equality. Equality is being bypassed intentionally with hate and discrimination of skin complexion and culture. Natives of the English language are being discriminated against. Vickie is not speaking the native language of Vietnamese because she cannot speak BASIC REQUIRED English, its being spoken to create hate upon people of color and American Born Citizens. The staff should be required to speak BASIC REQUIRED ENGLISH according to the U.S. CODES listed below. CIVIL RIGHTS CODE: & U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS 8 U.S. Code · § 1423 42 U.S.C. 2000d ; · 78 Stat. 252 (USCode.house.gov) · 34 CFR Part 100 These statements and writings are true to the best of my recollection. Sending my best,
