No stars.I've been shopping at this target for years and all I can say is I am unbelievably disappointed! I am literally waiting in front of the glass container for infant formula as I speak for the past 30 min!!!!! And I've been pressing the button for assistance again and again and still no one has come! I need to give my child baby formula and I still have not been helped not one person has come.

If I could this deserves NO STARS!! This used to be one of my favorite target but today I felt so insulted! I am preparing my Christmas shopping and had purchased multiple Christmas popcorn tins, I counted many times with the cashier of how many colored tins to scan so I didn't have to take them all out and risk the tin being dented! On my way out loss prevention asked to see my receipt, he mentioned it was for the popcorn. He pointed to my receipt and said I was a high dollar amount for the popcorn, well yeah... I bought more than 10 popcorn tins, did he seriously think I can steal a cart full of popcorn tins and the cashier wouldn't notice or do her job?! Seriously?! What was the point?? I asked him , did you want to count them? Oh no it's ok... does that even make sense?! The customer after me asked if she also needed to show receipt? He said no need to her. Then as I walked out the alarm went on and I looked at him, all he said was it's okay, it's just the Christmas lights you bought... how does this make any sense?! I am so irked! So lesson of the day... this target thinks I can't afford to buy large quantities of items yet I just spend $$$ and gave them business! How the heck can I walk from the cashier towards the door without the cashier noticing ANDDDDDD I did spend some time at the cashier's lane cause I had to do 2 separate transactions and counting and recounting the popcorn tins. So all in all, never buy large quantities and don't spend $$$ at this location because they think your stealing.

Someone stole card information from me as part of a $250+ purchase. I've tried to get a hold of customer service to first see what they could do for me as the purchase shows up on my target app but won't show me any other information. I've called over 10 times over separate times and DAYS and nobody has picked up from any department.

Oh my, my far the worst target ever ! I tried going today just to give it the benefit of the doubt but after my visit I will continue to make that extra drive to the Duarte one. Loss prevention had the nerve to accuse me of stealing, came up to me multiple times asking me if I scanned everything in my cart.. do you really think I can't afford a damn water bottle and groceries ? I then proceeded to ask them if they wanted to see my receipt after I scanned and paid for everything and they just pretended they didn't hear me

This store, and employees made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during my visit . Between the cashier who tried to argue me down about whether or not I had been standing in line and the lost prevention team " observing" me put an item in my cart and walking up to me as I walked out accusing me of having something in my purse. I opened my bag and let them see I had nothing inside of my bag. Upon realizing their stupidity, these people not once apologized for their mistake. I have never been so upset and disgusted in my life. I have no reason to steal and if you suspect someone of doing so there should be alternative avenues in approaching said patrons. I will NEVER be back to this location. One star is wayyyy to many stars!!!!!

This is the closest target to me but unfortunately I won't be going back ever again.Probably the worst target EVER.Let me start by saying I've had some positive experiences here only due to calling customer service and having them deal with problems for me, even though one of the managers said "they don't know anything about the store, they sit at desks all day answering phones." If it wasn't for customer service always helping me I'd be a loyal customer to Walmart.I come here almost every weekend and usually I have my kids. They always say the same thing to me at self-checkout. "Are you going to pay for that?" Like no duh im going to pay for it, not going to steal items and risk going to jail when I have my children with me.Then as I'm walking out they ask to see my receipt, NEVER SEEN THEM ASK ANYONE ELSE FOR THEIR RECEIPT.Today the security stopped me as soon as I stepped away from self checkout and checked my receipt,. He gave it back to me then said "wait can I see it again" and put his foot on my cart to stop me from going and looked at my receipt and then let me go.It's honestly embarrassing and makes you feel so uncomfortable, especially when you're there every weekend and have NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING.If you don't mind the commute go to the target in Rosemead! They are way nicer and way more professional!

I did not care for my shopping experience at this store. I get it as far as the crowds as everyone is Christmas shopping but the lines were super long and only five registers were open. Perhaps employees called in sick or were on a day off but for a Sunday afternoon, this place was real bad. The interior was even worse as for some reason, there are displays and boxes in the middle of aisles making pushing a shopping cart a huge challenge. I felt as though I was playing a game of "paper boy " (some of you may remember the game).The store itself was fully stocked and clean but I simply could not get over the crowds waiting in line to pay

This is my home target for 16 years and never have I been asked to check my receipt, I understand it's your job but I was singled out and i was by myself with 4 iteams in my cart, and from what I saw he did not check anyone else's but mine. And I went back in to get a Starbucks and saw that he was not asking anyone for receipts I feel very singled out. Never coming back

Super annoyed , came in showed a price match on gain cause TARGET DOES PRICE MATCH , with lowes and I showed the guy the lowes price and he did not honor it said I had to show the website when I screen shot the picture cause I never get service in target !!! I then got shampoo that said SPEND 3$ get 5$ Target gift card back ! And showed them and he still did not give me my gift cards the tag did not say buy three get 5$ back it says SPEND 3$ get 5$back I then said the sign needs to be changed cause it false advertisement The guy then respond said I don't care I'm leaving in a little bit ,

I came in and us i was in line on employe comes tells me there 12 lane open and I go and teh register tells em is closed so 8 move 2 minutes after I look she attended on Asian couple and declined my service so rude I feel so disrespected wait for almost minutes to pay and told her why she didn't wnana to attended me and she said it closed raises in this store to the max I will never be back here

Found a price match for a screen protector shipped and sold by amazon for $14 in stock, even scanned it myself in front of Jacob, he would not honor it, said the price is $31. Even the target app was showing $20.99. Not sure what he was trying to pull, but would never come to this location again. Guess he rather save some margin then make a sale go thru.

I like to shop at target and I rarely write any bad reviews, but I had a horrible experience at this target today. The lady named Lucy at customer care desk had very bad attitude towards on returning items. The item I was trying to return was open box. She only looked at the box and told me it was broken without even checking the inside. It was a toy stove and had a removable handle. Without checking it, she just said the handle as broken. When I tried to return my second item, she told me she was not able to return it because it was open. I asked her without seeing what's inside, how I would know I don't like it. The manager named Jacob had no help at all. He pointed to the return policy said they have right to deny any open items and just left. The only reason they gave me was they couldn't sell the open box items. I've shopped in lots of stores including Target. I thought their return policy is for customer's satisfaction. However, it is not for this Target store. They will find an excuse to deny any items they think they cannot sell.

Be careful with the produce you buy from target this is the second time I find a worm. Target need to check there produce. Reach out to suppliers not okay! Packaged broccoli I washed before steaming this made it through. I can only imagine what else's was attached.

The best when it comes to drive up services. They usually have your items within the first hour unlike the eastland center target. I love this target particularly for the FAST drive up service. Thank you guys. I'm the hundreds of drive ups I've done, only once have I had an issue. On one occasion, the forgot to add a drive up item to my order. I went back the following day for it and they included a gift card for the inconvenience. Wow. Way to apologize. Keep up the great work!
