The store itself is very clean, organized, and well-stocked—definitely 5 stars for presentation and product availability. However, I had a mixed experience with the customer service. There were two young adults and one older adult working during my visit. Unfortunately, the adult staff member made a joke about my lack of experience with RC products, which felt unprofessional and borderline mocking—especially since it was said in front of another customer.
What really stood out, though, was one of the younger gentlemen who stepped in and was not only respectful but also very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with patience and clarity, showing more professionalism and product understanding than the older staff member. That young man really turned the experience around for me and was the main reason I decided to go ahead with my purchase.
Overall, a great store—just hope the entire team can learn from the younger staff on how to treat customers respectfully.

Great selection of cars, truck, boats, planes, and accessories. There are a ton of aftermarket parts as well as stock parts available. Plenty of wheels and tires as well as replacement bodies. A few older and discontinued models can be found here for sale as well. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as cool mini indoor dirt track. Definitely a fun place to check out!

5 stars . Amazing . I took a leap of faith that THEIR website showed correct inventory and I got the arrma grom upgraded differentials . Received them 3 days early too. I will continue to buy from you guys . I’ve been waiting on the same diffs (which showed in stock ) from horizon hobby for 2 months .these are for my kids so it’s even more important than anything else to me . So I really appreciate you guys and you have my business . Everyone do yourself a favor and use these guys !! Tony’s hobbies for the win ! Thank you thank you thank you

This is the worst place ever I bought a red cat car from this store and when I got home the bumper was broke off of it. So I came back up there and let Tony’s hobby shop know they sold me a car that was broke they said they were sorry and couldn’t do nothing to help me and would go on to help everyone else and charged me for another bumper then said I child contact red top

I bought a red cat 1964 Chevy brand new in the box and the bumper was broke inside the box smh these cars are not cheap by the way and this shop is far from my house so when I came back the next day Wayne wasn't there who sold me the car so they wouldn't help me they said they couldn't do nothing about it but sale me a bumper after helping everyone else in the store.So I had to buy a bumper after buying a brand new car with a warranty SMH and When I got home to put on the bumper the screws were broke inside the other bumper and won't come out. It look like I have to pay someone extra to fix my brand new car I just got from them that apparently wasn't brand new. This was the worst experience ever at a hobby shop for me. I'm stuck with this broke car and went way out there twice for this broke car but they got my good money! ORDER ONLINE AND NOT FROM HERE TRUST ME!!!! This is ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
