For day me review will only be a three star and only because the guys out in the tree lot were very helpful and friendly so the service gets a 5 star ! But Home Depot itself gets a two star because in order to buy a Christmas tree from them you HAVE to pay with a credit card! You can't use cash, your debit card or even a Home Depot card! Wow! Good thing we had a company credit card with us! They did have it decorated very nice and super clean with music and a movie on the projector playing for the kids.

While purchasing Emerald Green Arborvitae at the Home Depot in Baldwin Park, CA, Dominik helped me with my purchase and offered to load the plants in my automobile for me. He was very professional and his help was greatly appreciated.

I was in the painting section & I asked for help from this lady, she had brown/blonde highlights & unruly curly hair. Off the bat she was giving me attitude like she didn't wanna help me . Me & my daughter then walked around & overheard the worker & another associate talk about me & she called me a fat bitch. This is not professional at all. I can't even believe this happened . Her name was Katherine!!!

I would like to thank the staff from customer services Baldwin Park Home Depot Jael, Gabriel and also Lalo and Mickey, for the pick up of the patio door that had some cosmetic damages and also the patio screen door was not included but thanks to the staff I had the patio door picked up from my home and refunded back my money. Thank you for your assistance!

This Home Depot is the worse at answering calls. I actually spent 10 minutes on the phone thinking someone would get tired of hearing a phone ring, but no I had to hang up bc I knew my call wd not be answered. Wanted to complete an installation for a security door that I already purchased worst time spent when dealing with @baldwinPark @HomeDepotMy recommendation, find the little mom & pop or the small business owner to do ur job. @HomeDepot is too big to do ur small job.Worst value for your job when u need it done fast!

This Baldwin Park location has horrible customer service. I was there today waiting over an hour for assistance. I was going to buy 50 sheets of wood and I wanted to cut them in store. I asked 5 different employees for help and they all said they were sending some one over to help and no one was ever sent to help me out. I was left waiting for so long. Each employee kept saying the same thing and I don't know if they ever actually sent someone to help or not because no one came.I spoke to the manager Inez and she was not that helpful either. So disappointing. I would give them 0 starts if I could

Our shower head fell off one night, and we found ourselves making an 8PM trip to Home Depot. I didn't have much of an idea on how to attach it, but Rafael was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction and some pointers on how to replace our shower head. Life saver, big thank you to Rafael! :)

I was there today for the school tour and I think that was the greatest thing ever they showed us so much about things we would have never known and gave us a plant and we painted the pots and seen fish and how to use a fork lift or sew we used blowers to play a game we did a game of what matched and how paint Is mixed it was so much fun thank you so very much and I hope you guys keep this going and the staff was amazing and so sweet we got aprons and gloves it was the best !¡!!!!

WORST store in the history of Home Depots everywhere! Go to Lowes or almost anywhere else. Hell is probably better too! Demote their useless Manager Crystal while you're at it and send her back to McDonald's for some basic customer service training. She personifies INEPTITUDE.

Stopped by today 5/25/ approximately 8:30pm I was looking for a wall heater that was pretty hard to find! Numerous staff members attempted to locate one of the units that the system was showing 4 in stock. Carolina the manager on watch not only assured me that she was going to help she found the unit and was there assisting till the end! In this day and time customer service like this Manager Carolina displayed is a dying practice and so I applaud her! Thank you for helping me find the wall heater! Carolina please make sure you train your staff in your customer service! Thank you

I am so up set with their delivery system. I ordered a washer and a dryer combo and I needed to add $50 for a gas dryer. Delivery date was 5 days after. On the day of delivery, no message via text was sent as to what time is the delivery. I received a voice mail indicating 10-15 minutes arrival. So I called back and was told that two washers are to be delivered. I was of course surprise because who wants two washers right. So I called to cancel the other washer of course and ordered the dryer and I specifically asked and confirmed the washer delivery the next day which was confirmed. Today I waited for the washer and called the Home Depot again to confirm. I received an email confirming the delivery.Unfortunately I kept getting an answer that no delivery was scheduled today and the delivery was scheduled on Wednesday. Whoever is handling the website check for glitches. I am sure that there is no gas washer. Also check the credibility of your delivery agency. Their customer service does not rhyme with your customer service. Never say a delivery is not possible the next day Listen to all the phone conversations and it will prove that next day delivery is possible per Home Depot not per your delivery agent. It is upsetting and frustrating how you guys pass me from one phone number to another. Just be truthful that you will be saving money for a one day delivery. Saving money is more important than customer satisfaction is your mission statement now Home depot. So sad. Better be thankful that I gave you one star. Your service deserves no star.
