I was waiting for my tablet replacement from my insurance. That was shipped 1 day shipping. UPS claimed on the tracking number that I moved when I did not . Never saw them arrive to my location( I have cameras). Which I waited for them the whole time frame they gave me that the package would be delivered. When I tried to call customer service it was horrible the machine does not connect you to a representative. And then it just hangs up on you . I was unable to open a claim. I emailed customer service and no response. Now my package says it’s being delivered back to sender . When I really needed my replacement already.

IF YOU LIVE WITHIN THIS BALDWIN PARK AREA, MAY GOD PLESS YOU! BECAUSE THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THIS LOCATION WILL EASILY STEAL YOUR PACKAGE(S) IF THEY CONTAIN HIGH VALUD PRODUCTS LIKE PHONES OR TABLETS.
It is CLEAR that the managers and employees are all on the same boat for this, they will steal high value packages and split the money for sure, definity fraud and crime at this location but UPS headquarter doesn't care about at all, so if you live at this area then act together to send reports and complains or call law enforcement for more investigation towards this UPS location.

So I have insider information from a former source that packages with obvious labels of high value will be stolen and claimed lost. This has been ongoing for over 10 years, and corporate as well as management has continuously overlooked it. I am currently waiting for a package that is small and of high value, and that has not been received for 2 weeks. I get the run around told information provided is the same as the online tracking info. My item has been processing at the Baldwin Park location for 2 weeks now. An investigation needs to take place.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company's service. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction, my interactions were far from satisfactory. The customer service team seems to be almost non-existent, as I was constantly redirected to an answering machine that provided generic responses, showing a complete lack of personal touch. What's more frustrating is the drivers' disregard for instructions provided through their app. My delivery instructions were ignored on multiple occasions, and the promised delivery schedules were anything but reliable. This lack of professionalism and attention to detail has left me extremely frustrated and questioning the efficiency of their service model.

I've had over a hundred packages and not one has been on time when they say its coming.I don't understand how they are one block away but can't deliver til hours later.Ups is a joke of a company.

There is no direct number to call the local station. Customer service just puts in requests that they obviously do not follow at the local station. I requested an urgent call back for two days. Finally received one at 7:30PM . However the claims team had already advised when I called back customer service that there would need to be an investigation as the shipment did not get delivered due to an incomplete shipment something is missing from the shipment. I only ordered one item so it’s lost/stolen. It is a $200 luggage all I wanted was to talk to someone who would give me a straight answer and not waste my time. These things do happen I’m not unfamiliar with logistics. What I did not appreciate is the lack of customer service from the local facility. I had to put in two request with an outsourced customer service who does not have a straightforward answer. I have sent an email to my shipper to file a claim.

They told me to go there before 4pm and when I got there at 2pm they were closed and the other ups department told me they close at 12. Wasting my time.

Look, I NEVER do reviews but I had to do one here because it definitely needs to be told. My address is tricky to find because every maps service just will not navigate to it (weird because you can see my house from the main street that it takes you to). Anyways, UPS most of the time fails to get our packages to our house except for one driver and when he’s not on duty we’re screwed. So after like the 6th time of another delivery failing to make it after I paid for two day shipping (stupid on my part) I lost it and called customer service and kind of flipped out on them because it seemed lazy that my address can be seen from the street but nobody drives like 1 extra minute to find it (not that hard). Anyways I get home after work thinking UPS left me hanging again, and it’s a UPS employee calling me saying she’s delivering my package on her way home. That means she used her personal gas and her own time off work to make sure I got my package the day it was supposed to be there when she didn’t have to. That’s going way above and beyond. Lo and behold she showed up and handed me the package (which was pretty important). Rarely will someone go out of their way to provide customer service like that, and it wasn’t even her fault. I probably didn’t even deserve to get my package today after getting so upset like a Karen. And she apologized too and I didn’t even expect and apology. Like wow, better than I would do. So yeah it’s just a package but it means a lot that someone would go out of their way to make sure something gets done and that someone else is happy—I respect that a lot. So yeah I had a semi-spiritual experience here with UPS today. Really cool and really kind of made my night for some reason. So yeah thanks for that Eunice. What a G.

UPS's been lying about their delivery, scamming with false customer service, and stealing people's packages by pretending they do their work, but when all your "exception notice" is saying "Due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed.", you definitely know they're doing something SHADY.Our business's been near-GPS tracking our own shipments, and what do you know? our package NEVER gets even close to its original destination, just sitting in UPS CC Warehouse, saying "we tried to deliver the package", AT 11:00PM no less.It's about time people spread truth throughout the world to NOT trust UPS anymore, especially if UPS is not gonna improvise their own facilities/employees how unprofessional they're working.Also, any "response from owner" via automated message, not by actual human response and still have nerve to ask for "positive reviews" on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, is solid proof that they don't give a damn to their customer. Keep negative reviews alive till corporate finally learns how serious this will become in near future.

Worst experience, I have a receive signature delivery, delivery guy came to my door and put other packages but left the house without knocking the door.I was inside the house waiting for this delivery whole day but they said receiver unavailable without even know if I was inside the house.I will never suggest anyone to us UPS anymore

Horrible service. I always have trouble getting package delivered to my home. I'm not an angry person, but this company and their app, make me angry.
