I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent experience using UPS. My package, according to their tracking system, was originally scheduled to arrive last week. Due to what they called a “scheduling conflict,” it was rescheduled for delivery on Saturday. I waited the entire day—the package never arrived.
To make matters worse, UPS customer service is unavailable on weekends, so there was no way to get real-time support or clarification. I attempted to update the delivery to allow the package to be left at my front door, as has always been done in the past with multiple orders from the same store—even with the same item value. For some unexplained reason, this time UPS required someone to be physically present for delivery. There was no prior notice or justification for this change in delivery method.
When I was finally able to get through to customer service on Monday, the experience was unacceptable. The representative was dismissive and stated that the package was “lost” with the last scan recorded on Friday. If UPS was aware of the issue on Friday, why wasn’t I notified then? I should not have had to make multiple calls and wait through lengthy hold times just to find out that my package had vanished.
The customer service process itself is severely flawed. I was told to wait 45 minutes for a callback, and then placed on hold for another 20–30 minutes, only to speak with someone for barely five minutes, who offered no resolution other than saying a claim had been filed. No apology, no options, no reassurance—just vague, generic responses.
I understand that packages occasionally get lost, but what I don’t accept is the complete lack of proactive communication, accountability, and empathy from a company as large and established as UPS.
Losing a package is bad enough. Failing to notify your customer or provide meaningful support is worse.

I usually go to this UPS store, but tried to go to one near my work today - a mistake. The other store was not helpful and just added to an already bad day.
I decided to go to this one afterwards and they are AMAZING, as always. The guys who work here are super nice, quick, and knowledgeable. It’s an easy experience to ship here. So grateful to have them nearby!!
tldr; made the mistake of going to another UPS store besides this one (this one is the absolute best!)

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years and it used to have great customer service. Over the past year it has gone downhill fast which is really sad because this was the closest UPS store and used to have really great employees. The employees now act impatient and seem annoyed any time you ask for assistance. 👎 There’s one short Asian male employee with glasses who gives attitude any time you ask a question. His tone is unprofessional and it feels like he’s doing you a favor just by answering. There is also an older Asian female employee who gives contradicting answers when you ask a question. She doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. I won’t be coming back to this location and would rather drive farther to a UPS Store where the employees actually treat customers with respect.

I’ve been to many UPS Stores and used their services. All have been great but this location goes above and beyond! How? They explain what you’ve purchased and help you when you’re clueless about some Amazon products you have to return. I highly recommend going to THiS UPS Store, even if it’s out of your way. You can thank me now! 👍🏼
UPDATE: there’s a reason I keep coming here because they keep up leveling. They’re excellent service. Just finished setting off another item and they were completely helpful and it’s always a very busy store so you know they’re great people!

I stayed home the entire day just to wait for my package and suddenly at the end of the day I received an alert stating that the liar driver made an attempt to deliver it but he couldn’t!!! Sucks!!! Sad!!! Piss me off!!!
