I got played! They told me it was alternator, it wasn’t, he knew that. I went and spent $300 on a new alternator. Bring it back, the older man quoted me “$180 cash only + tax “ just like that. When I come back to pick up my car, he said he had to charge the battery. Confusing because if he just put a new alternator in, all he had to do was jump it and let it charge itself, right? He charged me an additional $16 for charging my battery total $216 I paid it, then he didn’t want to give me a receipt. I asked why and he said, “because you supply the part”. Even more weird. I insisted on a receipt . Well sure enough my car wouldn’t start again shortly after getting home. This time I took it to a referred mechanic, they saw the alternator that was taken out and I was told it was not my alternator it was still very good. It wasn’t my battery for sure because I had just bought it and had it tested before coming to these guys. So yeah played me. Because I’m a female ? idk . Anyways lesson learned ! Not cool!

My truck had died and wouldn't start up, I thought my fuel pump wasn't working. V&G Auto Service Center really came through, doing a full diagnostic, and figured out that my fuse box and ECU were fried due to a short. They immediately ordered the new fuse box from the dealership and had it installed the next day. Unfortunately the dealership didn't make the ECU for my truck anymore, and I had to get it refurbished, but as soon as I got it back to them they installed it and had my truck running! Thank You V&G!!!

I just got gas at this station. Paid cash...the pump shorted me the amount I paid. The cashier wanted me to go back and forth to the pump....I told him give me the difference now instead of having me go back and forth. I'm not one to be go out of my way to leave a bad review but this establishment is questionable.....

Super rude. Might have been the owner or someone there, couldn't get a name but extremely rude. Didn't want to answer questions AND hung up on me. Not good.

Got some gas 35$ worth a Powerade and some of 2 of the medium not even a regular size bags of chips and that came out to 7$ some how I didn't question it til I put the gas an tried to turn on my car and it wouldn't turn over I went to ask for a receipt jus in case I run into a future problem he said his name was victor but had a different name on his shirt says he's the boss was obviously feeling some typa way so I let him know I felt iffy about his gas cuz my car won't start just concerned I'm not the smartest when it comes to cars but he wanted to raise his voice saying they jus came to check the gas pumps there's a validation sticker which I didn't see when I went out there but this is just to say be carful I don't trust gas stations like that usually but I was running on my last 5miles so I did it maybe a coincidence but he was rude wouldn't go back even if I was on 0 miles

I brought in my BMW, and they took care of me. These guys are amazing, to say the least. VERY thorough! I have to mention because everyone else I've gone to only gave me info on what was the immediate problem and nothing else that could potentially lead to another issue. I recommend this place to anyone that appreciates quality.

Hands down the cleanest auto repair shop I've ever stepped foot into. That says a lot about workmanship. These guys are experts with SUV's and won't sell you something you don't need . Vahe is highly respected in the industry as his many 5 star reviews have shown. V & G's crew truly take care of their customers. No up selling and BS. Just straight to the point and beyond honest pricing. My go to spot for all my truck needs from now on! They are conveniently located next near the original In & Out, so you can just walk and get a quick bite and your car will be done. I noticed that almost all their customers are repeat customers and know them by their first name basis. This tells me a lot. They've been there for decades.

I was stranded due to a flat tire, but they helped me and got me back on the road within an hour. Was not expensive for the damages I had. I’ll never forget this place.
