I was buying a sandwich next door, and thought I'd come in to check to see if they have any promotions. After greeting me, The lady working there received a phone call. Instead of helping the person right in front of her, she continued talking on her phone, helping the person on the phone instead of me. No wonder the store is empty, the service is horrible here. I've been with Verizon for over 15 years, and have never been treated like this before. After waiting about 5 minutes for her to talk on the phone about nothing, I walked up. They need to retrain the workers here. The worst customer service I've ever experienced from Verizon.

The staff was great, very friendly and professional. Audeth helped me and my daughter pick the best cellphone and plan with accessories. The entire process was fast and easy, I recommend this store to all my family, friends, and coworkers.

Great Store. Came in for an upgrade great costumer service I received from Aydeth, she is amazing and takes her time to help can not say the same about Luis who also works there horrible service, rude and unprofessional!!! Only reason I came back was because of Aydeth. Thank you so much for your help, hope manager at this store recognizes she is definitely a treasure to have at this location ?

Amazing service!! Aydeth G was an awesome help when I went into the store to update my phone. She was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me. As I waited there for my information to transfer, I saw her go the extra mile to help an older gentleman who needed extra help. All around great employe and even better person.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I dont recommend anyone to come here ever. Ive been to this location twice now with my mother and the nasty woman I believe her name was cristy or kristen. She consistently refused to help us no matter what. She stood there with a smirk on her face and said she couldn't help even if I was on the account. She gave plenty excuses. I told her to ask her manager aiden for help and he also gave a an excise as to not being able to help. Please save your time this place is ghetto and unprofessional.

Literally the WORST. Whoever put anything more than a 2-stars rating is a big whopping stinking LIAR. This place makes me seriously wonder how these people even have jobs. Why are they even getting paid for this? Verizon, you guys need to do a check up on this location. You're wasting your money on people who disappear on their customers in the middle of helping them to go on a lunch break instead of being helpful. My visit took over 4 hours. OVER. FOUR. HOURS. For something that should've taken 15 minutes. Just to give an example of what a waste this entire operation is. Went in to check on my dad's phone (SIM wasn't reading so phone wasn't working). They said it's probably the phone being busted, upsold me to a new one on their current promo. I was fine with that, but then they wasted my whole day waiting for the new phone to do a system update/file transfer (which took FOREVER because service is basically nonexistent there), even though they said "WeLL, We'Re oN tHe VeRiZoN WiFi aNd OuR cOmPuTeRs ArE wOrKiNg FiNe"--ok, 1. Did you connect the phones to your wifi? I bet not, cuz it was taking an eternity. 2. They could've just told me to do system update and data port at home, cuz clearly it wasn't working at their store. Instead of just lying to me and kept saying "just 30 more minutes". 3. Worst part: I thought they were properly porting my number onto the new phone and my dads number onto my old phone. They didn't. They didn't do anything. What did they do? Open and turn on a "new" phone (and put on the new screen cover crooked). 4. Hours. That's it. Literally. I literally could've done more and better in less than half the time. I don't even know what else to say. If you hate someone, send them here. LATER EDIT: Honestly, I don't even think the phone they brought out to me was new. By the time Christian took my "new" phone out, the box was already opened (not in front of my eyes, but seemingly opened in the back storage area). MOST SUS PART was when I looked at the photo gallery later that evening, it wasn't right. The formatting was reversed with newest pics at the top and old pics at the bottom. I thought that was a weird Apple update, but I was so frustrated with this whole ordeal that just looking at the phone was triggering me. I returned this phone and got the same phone at another Verizon store, saw them open the new box in front of me, got the phone stuff in order, went home, updated and ported everything, checked the photo gallery, and it was the way it should have been (newest pics at the bottom, old pics at the top). I DON'T KNOW WTF THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME WITH, but I am SO glad that stupid phone is not in my life anymore (and they charged me a restocking fee of $50). AND guess how long it took me to return the scam phone, drive elsewhere to get a new phone, get the proper numbers on the proper phones, do a system update and port over all the info from old to new phone: less than 4 hours total. I don't want anything more to do with this store. TL;DR I think they tried to scam me with a refurbished phone and then charged me $50 for taking it back. Lesson: Only go to corporate Verizon stores. Walk in, ask if it's a corporate store, if they say no, ask where's the nearest one, go there instead. Or just call first and confirm before going. Save yourself the misery. (Or send an enemy to this location).

After waiting an hour we were told their would be a transfer fee of $50 to transfer all info to new phone. Terrible serviceFEE is discretionary based on franchise.

Christian was very helpful in assisting my family with upgrading our iPhones. He not only treated us all with kindness but he had so much patience and carried himself in a composed and respectable manner. I would definitely recommend him! I was in and out within less than an hour and everything I needed to be done was completed by Christian both efficiently and effectively. Thank you for your help!
