I used to hate going to walmart. and i HATED the park to pick up. But that has changed as of the last few months. I walk into the store and I am greeted by a well-groomed employee, They always have my favorite to go popcorn chicken in a cup for my to go options and I love the newer woman's fashion lines they have in stores. :)

Love the location. One floor no stairs is the best. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the store. Thanks again everyone!

Absolutely the worst pick up experience. There is no organization and the amount of time I wasted waiting for my items k might as well gone in a picked them out myself. People who arrived after me already received their items and I'm still waiting. If you have time to kill wait for the Walmart pick up area

Worst place to do any online pick up/ curbside pick up especially during holiday time... The workers are super slow.. unorganized.. the app says curbside pick up but they they made people go inside and be in line hours to get their item.. only one guy is working to do all the pick up when there is a long line waiting to be helped..Management should've send more help when the line is in need of assistance.

I don't care what you say about Walmart. We all need them. They're a little weird, but we're all really glad to have it. Sometimes I even forget why I went in there for, and then buy something else. And then I'll walk back to my car and realize what I went in for and then turn right back around and go buy it. Walmart has a mystifying affect.

This was a pretty messy Walmart "super center". Majority of the produce was going bad and even was molding so it shows no one cares to really toss what's gone bad. If you need to grab stuff at Walmart, this will do but it is what I'd consider a under par Walmart.

Picked up an an order using their curbside pickup. Everything was ok, I did not have to wait too long for my order. The problem is that 2 out my 4 cans of garbanzo beans were damaged. Why would they even allow to sell these damage cans to customers? I thought damage cans were supposed to be sold at a discounted price or not sold at all due to the potential growth of bacteria? Horrible!

This review is for curbside pickup only. Horrible system, horrible phone customer service. I usually go to the Walmart in Rosemead but this item was only available at this store. Ordered curbside, parked, and the one employee working curbside was overwhelmed so I decided to just call the number that says to call for pickup. The customer service rep (that had no customer service skill) couldn't find the order with name and phone number, and couldn't care to offer a solution until I said I have the order number. After giving her the order number this is how the conversation went:"I could find it with the order number""Okay...so...should I come in the store?""Yes""So...should I just go to the customer service line?""Yes""Okay I'll come in then"Hangs up.Two issues with this situation. First, I ordered curbside pickup and followed the exact instruction provided by Walmart, so why do I have to go in store? There's a reason people order curbside so they don't have to go in store. I gave you the order number and you could find it, so shouldn't you bring out the item as per promised by the implications of "curbside order"? Second, how are you going to just hang up on a customer. No ending statement, no further instructions. I had to pry the instructions out of you to find out what I should be doing. I'm sorry but am I getting paid by Walmart or are you? If you hate what you're doing, take it up to management, not out on the customer, we just simply want to pick up what we paid for.

Poor customer service and theirs delivery system is a joke I've wasted so much time trying to get an order delivered because I just had surgery and can't make it to the store

This Walmart is HUGE! I can see myselfSpending hours window shopping here. The parking lot was crowded but even so I found a space pretty quickly. The inside had a lot of people but it is roomy enough for everyone and the cashier lines moved fast.

Just order your items from Amazon. Walmart online order forced a curbside pick up. The wait was so crazy that the other shoppers formed a line in attempts to pick up their items.I waited close to an hour for one item. Avoid Walmart and order from Amazon. Savings are comparable and you won't have to wait an hour. Gas is expensive, but time is even more valuable. Save the trip.

Here...where you are a thief...before you're a customer. I was self checking my groceries (because only one lane with a live cashier was open, when the attendant stopped me and asked if I scanned the water at the bottom of my cart. I said...wait to see my receipt. (I ALWAYS SCAN BOTTOM ITEMS FIRST. In THIS Walmart...you are treated as a thief FIRST. Then the clerk at the door couldn't find an item on the receipt and called security. Guess what she couldn't find? The WATER I scanned FIRST. ALL THIS COMMOTION OVER $ 2.48 OF WATER. RIDICULOUS.
