This review is only for the Bank Manager Diana Aguilera. She is awesome! She helped us do a wire for a purchase, and her customer service is top-notch. It is so hard to find good service like this these days. Thank you Diana!

Alex Sainz was so nice and helped me figure out my credit card issue with no problem! I love finding enjoyable and helpful people like Alex because it makes the boring every day tasks of adulthood so much better.

Can't believe I need an account to get Change for some twenties to smaller bills. Is this America? My money is no good? Such BS!!! Never again Wells Fargo!!! Not for my banking needs. You need to train your employees to be kinder to people! Wasn't asking for a handout!!! And yes it was a manager who turned me away. Talking about I'll change one twenty! Hell the liquor store can do that!!! So sad!

I f****** get it, it's COVID time and also there's a bunch of customers callin in about different type of issues I called to speak with the manager and the representative that answered me the phone was rude as Fuc* disrespectful and unhelpful I don't understand why they have people like HIM working and answering the phone. Wells Fargo I just open an account with y'all and already disappointed me get your stuff under control and make sure that they follow producers... very dissatisfied

I get it, we are still in COVID season , but how can you have a security guy walking outside asking "is anyone making a large withdrawl?" "How much?" What is wrong with you? You really think that is appropriate? I don't bank with Wells, and this definitely is discouraging.

I've been coming to this Branch for many years send my complaint is it about service it's more safety there's a homeless man that lives next to the ATM and he's there every night I don't think it's safe I can see that it makes women very uncomfortable I'm sure they're aware of this but they do nothing about it

I am appalled at my experience today at this branch. I received a phone call today from the banker, Adam, confirming my scheduled appointment - to which I did. During that call I confirmed the location of the branch. Adam had encouraged us to come early if possible, which we did. Twenty minutes early. The security guard at the front and asked if we were there to see a teller and I told him "no, we have an appointment with Adam at 2:30." He goes inside for a second and returns and says "are you sure it's Adam? We only have women bankers here today. And you said 2pm?" - I assure him that it was a man that we spoke to and it was 2:30 but he told us to come early if possible. He asks if we are at the correct branch and I said, "yes, Adam had confirmed that it was the branch by Panda Express-" and before I can even finish my sentence he interrupts me and says "there's many branches by Panda Express". So we show him the photo I took of the appointment confirmation page that showed our name branch location and appointment time, we show him the number that called us, and he STILL refused to let us in. So then he asked for the confirmation email. So we show him that too and he triple confirms the branch location and "needed" the confirmation code. Then he returns with the MALE banker and says "oh I'm sorry, I thought you said the banker is Anna" - I wanted to go ape s*** on him, at 6 months pregnant during the COVID19 pandemic, he forced us to stand outside with a number of people when he couldn't get his s*** together. He should've let us in as soon as he saw confirmation that we got the correct branch location and an appointment.. anyway, we were then escorted inside by Adam. I voiced my experience with the security guard to Adam and he was very professional and assisted us quickly. I'm sure he could see we wanted to just get in and out. The two stars were given for Adam and his professionalism - would actually give him five stars but I'm accounting for how I would have given no stars if possible for the security guard - I don't know what is wrong with him but he needs to get over his power trip. I will be forwarding this information to corporate.

If I could I would give them a negative stars on this review. First of all I have been waiting on my debit card for 2 1/2 weeks. I asked for a temporary card and was asked to make appointment. I'm a COVID nurse work crazy hours and in top of that saw all their bank reps talking around their desk 4 of them to be exact! And manager tells me no appointments till next week! I would have understood if they where busy but this bank was almost empty and they had no one sitting at their desks!

I had a bad experience with the asst manager MARTHA, she doesn't know costumer service. I came and wanted to send money but I need to know the currency rate but she she was just continuously giving me an ATTITUDE . Her body language speak louder than words. I am not stupid not to notice or interpret . I am not good in math so I really need to calculate exactly how much will I send , more or short. She is very impatient . I have to do Face ID on my phone so I have to pull my mask down and she told me " YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR MASK ON" I get it but it was only for few seconds . I really can't stand mistreating me and the way she acted. I banked there and never been disrespected. This is the first and hopefully the last. I hope it will not happen to the simplest and lowest person doing transaction there. I shout out to the manager who acted in her behalf and sincere enough to apologize instead of her apologizing

This is the 2nd time we are having issues with the bank location. Also this is how you know they don't care about customers. My number one issue is with the security person onsite. The security person always wants to be telling me what's right when half of the time he doesn't know himself. First of all he's not a banker. 2nd of all right now with the Covid the bank is closing at 5pm bcus of my work I ended up arriving at the bank at 5:02 only 2 mins late!!!! Yet u can't take 1 person as a courtesy??? This branch is fulll of shyt!!! Bcus of this customer service imma be complaining to corporate and also be switching banks!

Harassment at this ATM. People hide behind the bushes. The Residents of this city should not have to pay for police to respond because the bank allows bushes to hide behind feet from the ATM This has gone on for years. The city of Baldwin Park pays police to respond to this activity in a regular basis.

This branch is close to my home and my husband and I come here often. I was mad because I couldn't deposit a state refund check because my husband wasn't on my savings account. The manager Brianne came over and didn't say no. Instead took time to go over the different ways she could help me and taught the teller too. I ended up being able to negotiate the check after fixing my account with a banker, David, who was also really nice to me. Thank you Brianne and David for not just turning me away. I have both business cards and will return.

The only branch of wellsfargo who does notarization everyday and they have 3 person who can do it, but make sure call them and give them heads up if you are coming for notarization. Very professional people
