First of all I want to thank Gabe for his excellent & exceptional costumer service. I bought several cars from this dealership and this time Gabe helped me get my dream car which is a BMW. Together with Neil they both worked really hard for me to get approved for my loan and get the best deal ever! This process took some time, but it was all worth it. Gabe followed up with me, he was consistent, & definitely made me feel secure. My car had some minor mechanical issues with it, but their on-site tech support was able to fix it in no time! I love my car and I love this dealership. 10/10 RECOMMEND! I would definitely talk to Gabe, he is on your side and will make sure he uses all his resources to make sure you leave with a car. ZERO STARS! I TELL THEM WHEN I GET THERE THAT I HAVE NO DOWN PAYMENT BUT I ALREADY HAVE A FINANCE COMPANY. EVERYONE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL TO ME... I AM ALREADY PRE APPROVED THROUGH A FINANCE COMPANY AND THEY HAD ME CALL THEM AND THEN CALL MY EMPLOYER ALL OF WHICH CHECKED OUT AND NO PROBLEM AT ALL.. I WAS SHOWED THE VEHICLE AND THEN EVEN RECIEVED A BILL OF SALE!!!! ALL JUST FOR SOME RANDOM GUY NAMED NEIL TO WALK UP AND TAKE MY BILL OF SALE AND SAY NO WE WONT SALE TO YOU WITHOUT A DOWN PAYMENT.. LIKE WE ALREADY WENT THRU THIS AND EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT AND I WAS SHOWN THE VEHICLE!!!!! I LITERALLY HAD THE BILL OF SALE IN MY HAND!!!! IM SORRY TO THE GOOD EMPLOYEES HERE BUT NIEL IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE AND DOESNT NEED TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS AT ALL.. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
