Not sure how this shop has their current high rating. They're either fake reviews or don't have experience / know what to look for.
This specific Caliber in Banning has been the worst experience ever - and we've been through insurance repairs more than 5 times in the past 3 years. Caliber takes the cake on the worst.
Anyway, first thing that should've been a red flag was how long they took to get a quote done - 2 weeks! And when I called to ask on the status, they just gave vague answers like "maybe Tuesday or Wednesday". Their quotes are all over the place too. First time I called I was told it'll probably be around $6,000 / then the next time it changed to $8,000-$9,000 / then when they finally submitted to insurance it was over $10,000!
On top of all of that, when I checked the itemized list; they added crazy things like emblems, alignment, balancing, weather stripping, roof/headliner items, and also the freaking rear tailgate (Even though it was old damages not related to this accident and only a pinpoint mark that could easily be repaired with a paint pen)
When I called them about these crazy additions, they just argued claiming it's related and it has to be done that way - yet 3 shops so far have said differently and gave much different cheaper quotes!
I think this shop was hoping to push it to the limit of the insurance and hoping they would get the max they could get, but the insurance decided to total it out instead. This shop even acted a bit surprised when I told them they decided to total it instead of fix it.
When I called to ask them to adjust the quote to be more accurate, they even admitted to me that the items I'm talking about were added "just in case" and some items they "forgot to remove", yet refused to update the quote because they "can't do that".
Thankfully I can go to a different shop and get the repairs done without totaling my vehicle out. I guess if you want your car totaled out for erroneous charges and unnecessary items that they probably aren't going to even do, go to Caliber. Otherwise, if you want to keep your car and get it fixed right without having to fight with insurance explaining how Caliber inflated the quote, I suggest you go elsewhere.
I would give negative stars if I could - and thank goodness I had the option to get my car back and go elsewhere or I would've been at the mercy of this crooked Caliber "shop".

My agent was great communication was awesome as was service and workmanship was a 10 out of 10 my Cadillac CT’s-v pedestal edition which is 1 of only 350 in the world was like new again would definitely recommend.
Had to come back a second time for more work and they out preformed themselves again great work definitely suggest to all

I really highly recommend this repair shop. Nice customer service. Job well done with my car repair. They even offered us a ride to pick up our car rental. They kept me posted with daily updates, which to me was very helpful, it kept me at peace knowing my car was in good hands.
