Took our daughter's mini cooper in to have some dents and damages repaired before she when off to college. James and Erik were very thorough and listened to our desires. The bid they offered was fair, and frankly less than we had anticipated. They quoted a timeline that seemed reasonable and were able to finish on time. They use a text messaging app that keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle so you are never left wondering. When we picked up the car our daughter was super happy, her car looked amazing! Although we hope that we don't need a body shop, if we do, we would certainly use Caliber Collision again without a second thought.

I chose this autobody shop as I had previous experience with it. The entire staff made the process easy and quick it to take a while for the insurance to process the claim for work to start. I was given an estimate of two weeks and my car was ready within four days of claim approval, Mike in the front office communicated with me to let me know where my car was in the claim process I highly recommend the shop to everyone I know. I will definitely be bringing my car is here again if necessary

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Mike is a HORRIBLE employee and COMPUTER ILLITERATE!!! It took over a week for me to get my claim estimate emailed. He does not know how to speak to customers! If you want great service please don’t bring your vehicle here!!!
