Once you ask for the list of the "accessories," it's dealership policy to disclose list of add ons only to the owner, so you HAVE TO buy in order to receive the list, scam

Diamond Chevrolet in Banning It's taken me a little bit to write this because it bothered me so much... I went in with a friend to get the his truck serviced at the Diamond Chevrolet in Banning and I over heard one on the managers yelling and talking very badly to someone in the back, I asked an employee in the front who the lady yelling was and he told me her name is Diana,... if this woman is in charge and she's talking to employees like this I'd hate to work there & who handles things when someone in charge is behaving this way? I feel so bad for these people... I would definitely quit and want to sue this woman for emotional abuse.

Review update: 8/22/23Changed 5 stars to 1 starMy salesman Don is 5 stars. He personally picked me up from the airport when I flew into pick up my truck. I drove it straight back to San Jose, CA. During my 8 hour drive Don was so kind to check in with me and my husband to make sure I got home safe.Now the dealership itself is TERRIBLE. 0 stars. For 4.5 months my husband kept asking me why registration and plates weren't received yet. I called the dealership at least 6 times-- left voice messages for dmv processor multiple times, asked operator to get my contact info to her multiple times. I even resorted to emailing the sales team to get someone to talk to me. We then called DMV to check. Found out, the dealership never transferred the titles for 4+ months-- the DMV advised me to send in investigation report which I did.After sending the report and contacting Don who seems to be the only person I could get a hold of-- the dealership people still would not contact me.Today I called AGAIN. The operator told me the processor sent the plates with overnight shipping. NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO CONTACT ME-- I have to go through DMV and call them now 10 times. I have 5 vehicles -- and bought/leased many vehicles. The DMV processor here is by far the worst-- if this business fails, my bet is it's her inability to do 1 job. I hope management or owners see this review and actually reprimands worker who can't do their job and reward salesman who make their dealership look good.Stay away from this place. The only thing good is the salesman Don, who is so caring and kind.

After buying a car from this dealer, I ask if my new car can be washed and the gas tank can be filled all the way up. I'm looking at the indicator and it's only filled up to 1/4. I asked the seller why and he said his manager won't let him fill up the gas for the customer but he's doing me a favor. He said he only can fill up to this so I can drive back to Orange County. I'm like c'mon man this manager is hella cheap after a customer bought a car. It's funny like they can't afford to fill up the gas for their customers. Cheap!!!

Sure wish I could leave a no star review! The service department is completely awful and dishonest! I brought my Cadillac in for it's 50,000 mile service on a Thursday. I did not get it back until Tuesday the next week.I was told by Ricky, the service person that I needed a new radiator. Really?? I saw NO leaks in the garage and the temperature gage was fine. I know NOTHING about cars, and was dependent on their knowledge. When I asked him about the extended warranty that I purchased for the vehicle, he said he checked and said the radiator was not covered. So, I went from a $600 (which I now believe that was an overcharge!) service charge to over $2,100!!! After voicing my complaints to a few (male) friends, I did some research. Turns out the extended warranty I purchased is a BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty, and the radiator was completely covered. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER go to Diamond again. Ever. For anything. It is a drive to the closest Cadillac dealer, but the people that work there are polite and respectful. And honest. My suggestion? Do not get your vehicle serviced at Diamond. Do not purchase a vehicle at Diamond. Avoid the incompetence!

I found out about this place through CarGurus.com not knowing what to expect. I walked in with a pre-approved loan, but our Salesman Zlatan was able beat it & keep payments within our budget. Very helpful & informative to ease the car buying process.Mario helped tremendously finalizing the paperwork. The paper signing was quick, but he explained everything clearly & answered any questions we had. Both gentlemen made this experience feel comfortable & stress free compared to other dealerships I've been to.10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great buying experience. I bought a 2020 Sierra and the sales team was very easy to work with and I felt comfortable with the whole process. I'm always nervous going into a dealer to buy a vehicle because I feel pressure. This place was not like that. The entire contract was thoroughly explained which gave me the peace of mind I was not getting taken advantage of. Thanks guys

We decided to give gmc a try since our company who has bought a lot of company trucks from ford realized they don't have any trucks and don't honor there warranties So researched online Yukon xl. found two at diamond gmc that fit what we were looking for. one was still in transit and the other was there so we drove over an hr to go check it out. when reaching out online about the price on there site they said yes that's it and to come on down for a test drive. so we got there met with sales man to open it up and show us it. figured we were leaving with this Yukon cause it was exactly what we were looking for. test drove everything was great until he showed us the window sticker . it went from 77,634 to 92,000 and some change. we were pissed they marked it up close to 16k. Sad part it it wasn't even the Yukon with the 6.2l motor it was the 5.3l . 92k for a smaller motor . lol I went back online to show sales man that they have it advertised for 77,634 and they are false advertising there vehicles. Either way we were bummed out cause we thought we found a legit dealer and come to find out there just like the rest. Do your homework people cause they obviously don't care who they screw.

STAY AWAY!! I'm warning you now, if you are reading this go elsewhere! There are tons of ethical places to go, so AVOID THIS ONE. We reached out for a specific vehicle on their website to make sure it was there. Specifically asked if that vehicle was there on the lot and they said yes that specific one was physically there and we could come see it. We wanted to be extra sure as we were driving 80+ miles to get it. Again Steven said yes. When we got there that vehicle magically was not there. It had been sold long ago but hey they had pulled their con to get me onto the lot. It was not just sold, or just missed it but full LIES to get us there. Even after this whole ordeal the car is still up on there site right now and I'm sure they are pulling the same scam. Managers didn't care, I'm sure they encourage it. If I was 5-10 minutes away sure, play the game but come on dont make me drive 90 minutes back and forth. I've dealt with a lot of great car salesman but these are the bottom 1% that make everyone think they are scummy....which in this case they are. AGAIN FULL LIES DO ME AND YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!! Go somewhere else with some morals and ethics.

Jose and Mario made the buying experience seamless. My mom and I had just came from Fiesta Kia in Palm Desert - worst possible sales experience. We were given false information from our salesman and the finance manager tried to act as if we were being unreasonable when we asked why there was such a discrepancy between the amount the salesman told us and the actual amount presented to us for financing. We decided to check around Banning on the way back before going out to Moreno Valley tomorrow. We're so pleased that we did! The moment we got out of my car and started searching for a vehicle for my mom, Mario, the finance manager, came out to greet us. He listened to us about our experience in Palm Desert and guaranteed that he would work with us and be transparent through the entire process. He showed us a couple of vehicles on the lot before we went inside to look at his inventory on the computer. He placed us with Jose, one of his best, and it was a wrap from there. Jose was very charismatic and continued to be transparent with us throughout the car buying process. No hidden fees, no excuses. There wasn't any ridiculous negotiating, the rates were presented to my Mom and they were night and day from what she saw at Fiesta Kia. Buying a car these days can be a hassle. There's so many hidden fees and ridiculous mark ups due to "supply issues". Working with great people like Jose and Mario lets us know that buying a car doesn't have to be like pulling teeth. If you're looking for a car you need to give these guys a chance. You won't regret it.
