MY VEHICLE WAS VANDALIZED WHILE GETTING WORKED ON. WORST AUTOCARE CENTER. Please do not go here. Left with a broken starter and unfixed transmission and wayyy overpriced! Daniel the manager is so rude and sexist. Yelled at me as a woman and didn’t give anywhere near customer service. Definitely not the “best customer service in the area” as they claim. Be warned!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY VEHICLE IS WAS VANDALIZED WHILE GETTING WORKED ON BECAUSE THEY LEAVE CARS OUT TO PUBLIC! Claim they don't have access to cameras and refused to give any discount for having my vehicle there for 3 WEEKS and given back vandalized and unfinished with a broken starter and transmission. Daniel, the manager, is sexest and completely rude. please don't trust them with your vehicle! will come back worse than when you drop it off!

Another great experience with Danny and his awesome mechanics. So knowledgeable, professional and just nice! Very reasonable prices & today was great! They fixed a couple very minor things and then the two best words to hear-NO CHARGE! Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and would highly recommend Famous Tire.

If you are not latino/latina. The guy at the front desk with a hat to to side wont be respectful to you. Happen 4 times already. Total disrespect after asking him questions about my vehicle. I would recommend tire choice up the street from there. Felt really uncomfortable in there .

I was sent to Famous Tire Company by AAA recommendation after blowing a coolant valve on the I-10. AAA towed my car to the parking lot and I dealt with Famous Tire Company entirely over the phone. Their diagnosis was fair and spot on. They didn't try to take advantage of me and my bad situation. I really appreciated their integrity.I highly recommend Famous Tire Company. They have my gratitude.Marc
