I’m a disabled person and needed to use the lobby restroom Urgently before checking into my room when the employee denied my access until I begged for her to unlock the restroom door 4 times she ignored me ! My husband thought I may have an accident on the floor so he grabbed a hand towel off the maids cart near by hen the employee came over and RIPPED THE towel out of hand !, finnaly the restroom was unlocked after I had to demand the door to be opened 4 times. This employee discriminated against me because I am disabled I was humiliated in front of other guestThe worst holiday inn ever!!

Before booking the hotel, we sorted options based on having a spa. This location stated they have a spa. Booked online for 3 PM check-in. Arrived and asked the receptionist where the spa and pool was. She pointed in the direction of where they were. We went upstairs, put our stuff down, changed into our swimsuits, and went to the direction where she said the spa was. Only to find that the spa is closed. Went back to the front And asked her why the wall was closed. She stated that it is open from 10 to 3.I told her the entire reason we picked the hotel was for the spa that we were leaving and would like a refund. We’ve only been there 30 minutes. She said that she would not dispute it to contact Expedia and they would issue a refund. Expedia contacted the hotel and the manager Araceli, who was not even on site refused the refund.I asked the front desk receptionist to contact the manager with us there to explain why she was refusing the refund. At the same time, Expedia was trying to reach the manager and she was not answering. The front desk receptionist got Aracely on the phone and stated that we would like to speak with her and so would Expedia. Araceli said no and hung up on her.This is really the type of customer service you offer. Refusing a refund after 30 minutes and false advertising and then hanging up on your front desk receptionist leaving her to have to deal with the horrible and unfair decision. You made. Araceli should be ashamed of yourself. Good thing I had Expedia on speakerphone and they heard everything. We are seeking a case against Holiday Inn through Expedia to get our refund. Be careful when booking here call ahead to make sure their amenities are open.IHG you should really look for another manager. This one is extremely unprofessional.

Would be five stars but taking away one because of no hot water during my stay. I also had to make my own bed when I arrived. The bed had no sheets but found some by the TV and comforter and pillows over by the chair. It was around midnight when I arrived and I was too tired to ask. I wasn't sure if it was something they do in California.

We checked in this beautiful total renovated hotel. The check in clerk , Rebecca, was friendly and allowed us to check in earlier per our request. The room is excellent and we really enjoyed our rest. Every thing is so clean and new...The breakfast is beyond our expectations... excellent choice of breakfast meal , sausages, eggs, pastry, yogurt, including the all the juices and coffee.We enjoyed this place and will stay here again should we visit Palm Springs in the near future..

Extremely disappointed with this hotel, I could have stayed anywhere else for a lesser price and got the same thing. First of all I made a reservation for a handicap room we check in and it's way down the hall, so I asked for a handicap room by the elevators which is what's expected when you do that, ended up on third floor room 305 which is not handicap accessible , the door was open when we arrived at our room not sure why but it felt very unsafe at that moment. The beds are way too high to get into and the tubs are not step in nor handicap accessible. So the advertisement for this place indicates that there's a hot tub which there is not there's a swimming pool, no heater, a full breakfast which there is not the the advertise on the ads, bacon, potatoes, and the omelettes, and the sausage, the sausage was a hard as Puck piece of dried meat, the sausages were wrapped in a horrible paper type of casing so didn't eat that either the scrambled eggs were all watery on the bottom of the pan. We are extremely disappointed with this place we could have chosen any other Best Western, which would have been probably a step up to this Holiday inn location. Very disappointed, warning do not stay here if you're expecting better amenities as would be a Holiday inn icon, this is not.

Was not expecting the clogged highway coming from Riverside. However, we finally made it. Google stated that from where we were in Riverside, the other hotel was only 35 miles out. Wrong answer.

Holiday Inn is our go to place. They are always clean and have friendly staff. This however is the first time the person at the desk didn't thank us for being sliver members. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Could have used a do not disturb sign, it was missing. Normal if we are only staying a couple days we don't need them to come in and clean. We just put the sign out. The shower head could use a good de liming it sprayed watter in all the wrong places. But over all another good stay.

We called ahead of time to see if we could check in at 1:30 the girl at front desk said yes we get there and she tells us at 3 we had to wait, the room had ants on the couch are bags got full of ants, the bathroom and the table were the coffee was at had ants I told the front desk she said there’s nothing they can do, my husband left his charger plug in at the wall I called when I got home Miranda said housekeeping didn’t turn one in I told her she didn’t have honest housekeeping . Definitely will not stay there again.

Lovely stay for the price! We even had a family emergency and they allowed us to extend our checkout to reroute our flights and such. They were awesome!

Me and my daughter went here with our disabled dog. Their website said that they were pet friendly so we chose that hotel. We're traveling from a few states away but when we arrived they said they didn't have our room available that we had booked and when my daughter walked in carrying our dog they had said that they are not pet friendly. I drove 9+ hours to find our we couldn't stay there for a night.

do not rent a room here they are liars and will charge you extra for something you didnt do. I should have trusted the reviews that said this place is running a scam. I got charged for smoking in a room i did not smoke in. i have personal video proof. i stayed here during the hurricane and stepped outside in the pouring rain and tumultuous winds to smoke EVERY SINGLE TIME and got charged for smoking in the room. check your cameras why would i smoke in the rain if im already smoking in the room that doesnt make sense. i was in the first room by the lobby so if i was smoking in the room they would have known right away and said something or kicked us out then as we were coming in and out of the room to go outside instead they never said anything to us during checkout and waiting till after we left to charge me. I need someone to reach out to me ASAP.

We were traveling from Santa Barbara to PHX on a Friday eve. Kept getting notifications of accidents on the 10. Lots of time was added on... arrival estimated at 2 am. I was already tired, and sitting on a freeway in the dark didn't sound appealing. Booked on Kayak. Got the perfect room for me and mom. Comfy, clean. And pretty good (standard) breakfast fare. Was greeted warmly at 10pm ... and had a great experience here!Enjoy!

Honestly it's not too bad considering what your paying for lol. Check in sucked and we waited but it wasn't the front desks fault. Room was clean enough and AC was great. Breakfast was impressive considering the price point we paid. It was buffet style with various items to choose from. All in all it's a decent place if you want to budget but don't expect amazing y'all.

I always love to stay at Holiday Inn Express for the price and great breakfast! Unfortunately the one in Banning,CA disappointed me and my family. We had a delay at the check-in counter. The staff said their hotel never honor the one I booked which is paid and confirmed by Priceline. According to her Priceline do not pay them back. Well their hotel should take it out of the Priceline and other affiliates! Anyway, we ended up canceling the Priceline booking and rebooking it directly, good thing is she gave us $10 discount. But the problem is if Priceline will give me my refund! What a delay! We set up in a room, the bathroom sink is clogged (see pictures). The staff offer us a change of room but we already set for the night and tired so we refused. The molds above the shower is bad too (see picture).The front desk at that time is marvelous! She’s very nice and accommodating! It sure is not her fault all of these unfortunate but she stays good to her job.The cleaning lady in the morning is nice too when i informed her about the clogged sink.The breakfast lady is quite grumpy but managed to do her job. Breakfast is always great! The gym and the pool are clean!The management should do something about these concerns and maintain the best quality of their services and rooms.

I would recommend holiday inn express in banning ...reasonable rates clean rooms and very helpful. Kaitlyn working the front desk knew exactly how to handle our situation and did it very quickly .Thank you Kaitlyn ! Your the best!
