Alyssa was so helpful. I went to 3 different FedEx sites but because I had not preprinted a mailing label none of them could/would help me. This young lady had me email the label to her, she printed it AMA we were finished!! I was so grateful. Thank you

Staff and manager very friendly but over worked. Had to wait a while because not enough help. Once it was my turn they helped me and was very attentive.

Was in the other day and it took forever to get service. They definitely need more help. Other than that they are a one stop shop for shipping supplies
