Used to have friendly service. Now most of the employees seem unhappy with the exception of a few. Prices are high and barely any beer in stock. Vendors won't stock beer since Rite aid has bad credit. The pharmacy staff is trying it's best. They are overworked with little help. But prescriptions are prompt. I think they cater more to thieves and the homeless.

The sales associate Elizabeth has a very nasty attitude and really seems like she does not enjoy working at Rite Aid every single time I go there. If she's the cashier that's taking me next in line I will allow someone to go before me and if she's the only one I have actually put my merchandise back and have gone to another location to avoid her nasty attitude. I went to purchase a particular item that the Beaumont location didn't have it. However, the price was not coming up. She stated to me that she was tired and was not going to walk to the back to figure out the price of the item. She then told me I couldn't purchase it, because it wasn't scanning on the register. I told her they had a tag back there & I told her the price of the item, but she refused to check it & told me if I wanted it I would have to come back another day. She was not alone & didn't have a name tag on. I went to walk back there, because I was going to take the tag to her. On the way walking to the back I saw the manager his name was Fargo. I explained the situation to him and I asked for her name and he looked at her and said "what is your name?" She didn't respond so I asked him what is her name? He refused to tell me. I informed them that I what's going to call corporate. I did not appreciate her treating me the way she did & talking to me the way she did. She also miss scanned the items that was in the sales paper on sale and I brought it to her attention and she said " Do you want the item or not!" I said of course I do but I want it for the price of this listed for in the sales paper it's the exact same item and the sales so active. She said well the manager has gone to the back at this point and I don't have the ability to override it I see that it is supposed to be that price but I don't have the option to make it the correct price. Elizabeth just has a very nasty attitude I've seen her arguing with customers I've seen her dig in her nose cough without covering her mouth and all kind of things that are just absolutely unprofessional. Elizabeth as well as Fargo should definitely not be working in customer service. I also informed her that I was going to do research and find out her name and that's just going to make the matter worse. That's exactly what I have to do and that's when I discovered that her name was Elizabeth.

I'm just now leaving this store and I'm so frustrated - I will never be coming here again. Only one person at the register and I went up to ask about an item and was told to go check the aisles for her coworker because she couldn't leave the register. After checking EVERY AISLE and going back to the register, she then pages overhead for her coworker. The coworker finally makes his way up and I ask him if they have any of a product in the back - his answer was "no we don't have any, you can come back tomorrow or I can call a manager". Didn't bother even looking. The manager, Maria, came up to the front and I asked for a rain check or to get the Tylenol brand at the price of the generic, which she said she couldn't do a price match but would give me a rain check. Then suddenly the register isn't working, so she has to wait and then try from the other register. Then the other register won't let her issue a rain check either. She then offers to give me one at half price - but when I clarify that I'd like the price matched to the store brand's price, she called her manager and he said no. Apparently he said to have me come back on Wednesday to get the rain check. Folks, I have a child that's running a fever due to getting his immunization shots. I'm not coming back two days later to save a few bucks. Maria was kind enough to still give me the half off of one of the bottles but all of this hassle and back and forth over a few dollars took about 15 mins while my son is screaming and crying at home. Congrats to whoever it was that Maria called - you lost our business over three dollars. Hope it was worth it!

Sadly they don’t serve ice cream after 9pm, the only rite aid that’s open til 12 and you can’t get any ?

Very clean store with a lot of selection . The staff was very friendly and welcoming . I've used their pharmacy several times and they are efficient.

The store is just two blocks from me wonderful. Everyone is so nice,kind,thoughtful and know there products. Great store I am very lucky.

I take a prescription that helps me breath. Last month I picked up my prescription. Same one I have been using for years. My doctor changed the prescription about 6 months ago to a higher dose. When I pick it up I did not check the dose. I didn’t notice the dose was wrong. I did notice was I was having a hard time breathing. I checked the dose today. That was when I realized it was not the right one. I called the pharmacy and talked to a pharmacist. He said my prescription would be ready at 11:00. I went in to get it. The girl at the counter said it will be a 100 dollars. I told her I only pay 47 dollars for it. I need the real one, not a generic. My insurance will not pay as much for a generic. At this time she told me that I was only paying a 100, the cost is 300 if I paid for it without insurance. I told her it was not my fault I was given the wrong one. She said yes it was, because I should of checked it before I paid for it. I told her this is not personal because she seemed to be taking this personal. She said she is sensitive and she is taking it personal. I can get my prescription on Monday, that is when it will be in. 4 days without it! She did not care that I was having a problem breathing. Not her problem. I am not going to die, but I will be changing my pharmacy on Monday.

Was feeling really good having taken pain med, so good the staff helped me with purchases.They even welcome to me to park my RV there where I could sleep it off and feel a bit crisper.Super easy access from the freeway.beautiful nice new shiny store. well stocked shelves

It should never take 2 hours to fill a prescription for COVID tests when someone is in the store for a very sick family member. On top of them telling me 2 hours they also said they would call me when it was ready and no call. Do better Rite aid this is why people choose to change to privately owned pharmacies.

This store is great for health care needs, the open floor plan of the store makes it feel very spacious. The only issue is the restroom. It looms clean enough, but smells like it had never been cleaned with cleaner. The urine smell was so strong, my eyes were watering. I travel a ton and very few bathrooms smell like this. Management should take care of this quickly.
