I am at odds here. My bill went from a average under $50 to $1278 in a few months. Now I live alone, no crazy oven, stove or heater running 24/7. After a no-show inspection, an investigation that I wasn't even consulted I am now being told my Nest Smart thermostat is to blame. ???I understand I am responsible for my gas usage. I when to paid my grandpa gas bill and I put it in my name because my grandpa has pass away. I had no problem to putting in my name for the gas bill, thanks so much.

I got a bill. I tried several times to pay online and they said my account number was wrong. I tried to get into my account, but my email has changed. So I tried to call and call and call. Long wait times with NO ANSWER. I then traveled 30 miles to Banning where a person is there. She told me that they only take cash or check. I had an ATM card. They don't take that. I asked the lady to update my email and she said she is"just a cashier" and that I would have to call. We'll, I've been trying to call for the last five years. When will I get an answer? I finally paid at a local INSURANCE company.My email is still isn't updated. Why is it that we can't even get ANY customer service from the corporate behemoths anymore? Maybe I should protest??
