I received a call from Andre letting me know that my bill was going up next month. Andre said she could help me save money and she DID! I know, who gives a cable company 5 stars? I can't say thank you enough to the manager, Kyle, for going above and beyond to work out a problem with my phone. It took weeks, but he kept at it. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Went here to change a order I did over the phone. Was told I couldn't change it cause the sells person would loose there tip. So I left went back inside because the sells person gave me some papers that were not mine. Then I asked him if I canceled my order and do a new order so he wasn't sure. He called over the manger and he checked the order and they were able to help me out

Sunday - walk in at 12:01, they just opened. 3 customers, 3 employees. 12:30pm, 2 of the employees can't figure out 1 customers issue so they are both tied up, now 6 customers are waiting at this point. 1 customer was able to get service in 30 minutes. Disappointed that I just wanted to drop off equipment and I had to wait that long to watch paint dry... based on other poor reviews I'm not the only one scratching my head here...

This service is junk.I moved here from Phoenix had Century Link for years. Moved to Indiana and Spectrum is all I can get. It's like going back 20 years. Constant buffering when I try to stream. As soon as anything else is available I will get it .It can't be any worse than what I have now.

HOLY SMOKES! The inconsistency of spectrums service is CONSISTENT! I do not think I have had one month of internet without the service going down. Maybe even a week! Always blaming the infrastructure. My prices continue to climb while my service continues to be worthless. If I paid my bill the way they provide service I would have a FICO score of 4. If there were any other option I would pay double out of principle.
