I had a tire blow on the freeway today and I was not from the area. Julio made it to me fast and got me off the freeway and to a near by tire shop so fast. I was back on my way home before I knew it.

10/21/23 time 10:30 am I'D 91 My received says Victor, but it was a Hispanic girl Ans she was new.. She is doing a wonderful job. Another employee who helped us was Ashley But the Chinese girl that I think her name was Nancy or Wendy was very rude and nasty, and her curtomer service was very unprofessional.. I hope they find a better person to take her place... We work hard for our money to be putting up with any nasty customer service we deserve better

I got stuck on the freeway, and needed chp to help me out. Today was hot and I was worried on how I'd get my car to the kia dealership all the way in covina. He immediately answered my call, assured me he'd be available when I needed it, and promptly towed my car after getting to my location less than 20 minutes! Great service, I highly recommend this business
