“We have a 1990 Ford Econoline chassis RV rig, on. 2 week road trip and had some concerns about our engine sounds. Called at least 10 places that turned us away for various reasons and finally got ahold of Chris (& Alan) at Pass Auto. Not only were they willing to help and take a look at the rig but Chris was above and beyond with giving us information, letting us know what our options are and what we could do now and what we can tell our usual tech, once we got home.
