Ann Marie Hammond was our realtor for the recent sale of our home in Barstow. She provided us with excellent advice and service. Ann Marie helped us set our price, was present at every viewing and inspection and kept us informed all along the way. The photos and description of our home that she posted really helped to market our home effectively. Ann Marie even arranged for an electrician to take care of a small electrical issue that was identified during the home inspection and arranged for a couple of items we left behind to be picked up before the new owners took possession. Ann Marie just recently helped us sell our house and it was a great experience. She’s been doing this for a long time and knows what sells. She helped us at the beginning by suggesting some changes we might consider and even had contacts for workmen we could hire. Once it was ready she just ran with it! We got the winning offer after the first showing. And she walked us through everything, step by step until escrow closed. She was always available to help, and was so cheerful and helpful even when I called her multiple times in a day. She went above and beyond, in my opinion. We had peace of mind through the entire process because she was right there with us. She’s just awesome!!!
