“The Yelp Review Challenge 2021, Review #15 This was one of our stops on road trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and OC, Orange County, California. This has one of the cleaner bathrooms, when we stopped in. No line. There are other gas stations and restaurants to go to in the area but we didn't need any food and we always prefer to use Shell gas so we stopped here. Service was great, options for snacks and such were available but I didn't check it out. Hopefully, as I share this information on here, it will continue to be a clean restroom stop. “I have been shopping here for years and have for the most part have always had a great experience at this store. I've seen many great employees go and now the store just is weird. The turnover is wild, seems like they can't keep good help anymore. The store doesn't really have a hometown feel to it like it used to. I used to be able to walk in the store and I knew all the employees and they all knew me but its all-new people now. I will say though thank God that Tracy and Donna are still here. I try to look for them at the check stands when I am checking out. They make me feel the hometown vibe of the store again and make me feel very welcome. I feel like when I need help in the store at times I am annoying the employees and thats why I try to always look for either Tracy or Donna. They help me out and don't make me feel like I am bothering them. I would give it 5 stars but just taking one off due to the employees that do make me feel like I am bothering them when I ask for help.”

“Missed the turn to the yellow ATM so we had to enter through the back. Avoid if it you can. Sketchy. The ATM is right in front of the streets though. Cash was available for us when we got it. No issues with the machine.”

“I go to the Preston/Royal location because they actually care about their customers. They know their customers too. I went recently and was next in line. The woman in front of me had a huge stack of checks. A woman (wish I knew her name) came out from the back and approached me and asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted to withdraw some $$ and need $100 bills. She told me I could do that at the atm. She went outside with me and helped me with my transaction. Wow. Who does that anymore! Thank you to everyone that works at this location. You make your customers feel like you care about us.”
