Only two people in the store was me and the sales rep, expertly helping me switch my number from a device I misplaced to a device I carrier unlocked the same morning. Friendly and communicatively the rep had me all set with service restored not 10 minutes into my visit. No waits, no hassles, great experience!

I attempted to visit the store at 6:42pm the guy inside look at me and walked away to the back of the store me and another customer waited for him to come back to the front of the store which wasn’t until 6:59 he then told me he walked away because he was closing he was very rude saying he was short staffed but there was no in the store with him I am a service member who drove 35 mins away for a SIM card and was rudely ignored I did say to him that it was poor customer service to watch me walk up and not just come tell me he was closing early if he gets paid to work until 7 I should of been able to get service until 7

This store is horrible. I paid my bill on June 2 with the prepaid refill card my bill was due June 12. I woke up on June 12 in my phone was off I was like OK why is my phone off so I call customer service gave them the proof that I purchased the refill card with receipt and everything they told me to bring it to the store here on Barstow Road I did these people in the store is like the most illiterate people I ever seen in my life they were telling me everything that they can do but nobody was doing what they supposed to do. I am in the military and I don't have time for my phone to be off. I can be in trouble for my phone being off but they didn't care they want to make me pay another $65 considering that I paid a $65 June 2 do not go to AT&T prepaid go to T-Mobile I'm not gonna give up what they are going to do is credit me an extra month for my inconvenience go somewhere else go to Verizon prepaid do not go here. Everybody sitting around with the AT&T tank tops on not doing anything. This place absolutely sucks. my question to them it was why would you have me pay another $65 and I have proof right here that I paid it I went on the website June 2 putting all my numbers in is it cold except it so I don't get why nobody looked out for me like I said, DO NOT START SERVICE OR GO TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A STORE THE MAIN IDIOT IN THERE IS NAMED JESSIE HES A CS REP! Imma report him . Horrible cs.

We went in to see what was available and make a payment. Curron was very helpful and provided great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the information that we were looking for. Being that it was our first time at this barstow location we were very happy with the clean location and great customer service. We will definately be going into this location when needed and around the area.

Anyone needing a great phone and terrific customer support in Barstow…head to the AT&T store on Montara by Walmart. Phone died Friday night at the worst possible time (can’t complain really…it’s a X series so it’s done it’s duty lol)….went to the store and Angela J was ON IT. Got a new phone, the adds I needed, and it was set up and restored from Cloud+ like a shot. While we were there we saw other customers equally thrilled with their service. Angela, thank you!!!
