Exceptional Service at AutoZone
We had an unexpected breakdown while traveling through California and were fortunate to find this AutoZone just in time. Our car battery had died, and it was less than an hour before closing on a Thursday evening. Without any tools or resources, we were in a tough spot and needed to get back on the road quickly.
Austin was fantastic! He promptly identified the correct new battery for our car and even installed it for us. Both Austin and Manny were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks to their swift and efficient service, we were back on the road in just a few minutes, heading home.
If you need parts for your car, these guys are the real deal! Highly recommend this AutoZone for their outstanding customer service and expertise.

I held back on star because the in person visit kida sucked while the phone visit went well ordering my parts. When I got there they didn't know anything about cars and trucks and couldn't find what I needed. Par for the course.

I went in bought rotors and brakes. And old man gave wrong parts for my truck. I took off my brakes and open box for rotors. And they were wrong ones .worse experience ever

I stop in the Auto Zone in Barstow because my check oil light came on, the gentleman that helped me was so kind and he even put the quart of oil in my car. I was so grateful to him. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very beautiful place, a lot of peace, beautiful valley where you contemplate nature and experience being in the presence of God, the monks and priests were very beautiful people who assisted us and guided us on some tours, thanks to Min for assisting us

Broke down at 4:30 on a Saturday, they ordered the part and promised it by 9:00 am on Sunday. My thought was, right we'll be lucky to leave here by noon on Monday. But the phone rang around 8:30 Sunday morning that the part was there. Thank you AutoZone.

Service is good had my battery charged they were very nice and helping me get it out of my back seat and when I picked it up they brought it out put it in my truck for me I'm kind of handicapped with my hands
