Make sure of what car you are getting, before contracts are signed. I requested a small SUV and ended up with a Prius. Also make sure of monetary requirements, ours was a no cash business and had to get a friend to hel0 me out with covering it one one credit card.

Reserved a car 1 night prior, on the way to the Barstow location from AV we received a call there were no cars. Understandable , it was the delivery that was rude. “Since you booked last minute we have no cars” Sucks that the app allows you to book when no cars are available but the worker could have simply apologized.
