I go to the Preston/Royal location because they actually care about their customers. They know their customers too. I went recently and was next in line. The woman in front of me had a huge stack of checks. A woman (wish I knew her name) came out from the back and approached me and asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted to withdraw some $$ and need $100 bills. She told me I could do that at the atm. She went outside with me and helped me with my transaction. Wow. Who does that anymore! Thank you to everyone that works at this location. You make your customers feel like you care about us.

Bank opens at 9am and closes at 4pm ! These hours are horrible and the hours of operation isn’t mentioned at all on this site so I had to find out the hard way. Waisting my time and my gas. Twice !!

I am getting tired of Bank of America in my area. Pico rivera, hacienda Heights, and other for poor service. They used to have a special window for people with money in the bank and businesses. That's gone now is mostly self serves or wait. Not at this branch. The customer service person was wonderful. She should be training other branches. I messed up my debit care and account password. She was nice respectful and very knowledgeable. That is why I would totally recommend this branch. My branches could learn from her.

I had $14,580 stolen out of a B of A ATM at their Northridge location. Despite overwhelming evidence proving that I wasn't even in the state of California when this theft occurred, B of A has now denied my claim 8 times....a person from the Claims Dept. Call Center even stated that she could pretty easily tell that the ATM footage is not me. I provided B of A with boarding passes, credit union statements, a police report, & numerous other documents and info...and they still denied it. On top of all that, there are massive class action lawsuits against B of A right now for the same exact nonsense that I've been going through with them. I highly suggest that if you're reading this, you choose any other bank to put your money in. B of A is not only incapable of keeping your money safe, but also incapable of doing the right thing should your money be stolen and your bank account be compromised. My attorneys are currently filing a lawsuit against B of A, which they've already done for an alarming number of other people. If you have gone through the same issue as I have, I suggest going on Google and just searching "Bank of America Class Action Lawsuit". You'll see numerous links pop up with the information regarding these lawsuits, as well as the legal teams who are working on this in multiple states. Call one of the law firms named in the lawsuit and get the help you need and deserve!!! It's time we hold this criminal corporation, Bank of America, accountable!!!! See you in court, B of A!!!!!!!

What a horrible banking experience. Have been waiting for an EDD card for over a month. Sucks that we need it but in calling them (rude) told us to wait an additional 7-10 business days (as we've been told prior) or they will ship it UPS for 10.00. Thank goodness we bank elsewhere.

This boa only has one teller. They really need to hire more tellers to assist customers. I had to wait over an over an hour to get some help for my account. There is always trash around the building. I gave it a two stars because the little help they have is very friendly.

It's 3:20 pm. And they have one teller. What is even more upsetting is that the manager and or account staff. Don't have the brain or decentcy to open a window and help the poor girl with 10 people inline. Not to mention if you call customer service. You will be on hold for 30 minutes. I hate BofA they always have this problem

I love B of A, but this particular branch needs some help with it's external part of the building. Even though there is an ordinance, the panhandlers are always around if the security guard is not present. Additionally, every single Saturday morning, for the past two months, one of the ATMs is out of order. Maybe, B of A could put in an additional ATM so we wouldn't have such a line when one is down. I have only positive things to say about the inside and the people who work here.

Just left this fine banking center. One teller, one person working the desk in the lobby and a so called manager sitting behind a desk in the teller cage. Wife was in there twenty minutes, got nothing accomplished. The teller kept taking merchants instead of following the pecking order as they came in. Horrible cannot even come close to describing this place. Spoke to the joke of a manager, told us they are changing the procedure in March. Doesn't do me a bit of good today! Manager had a I don't give a damn attitude if you stand there all day. I hope everyone pulls their cash and closes their accounts at this joke of a bank. A full line of teller windows, only to have some cheesy paper covering all but a few. Typical operating procedure for a Barstow business! I had to give one star rating as I couldn't give any lower.
