I visited recently for the holiday season and while I do not know if this employee was seasonal or permanent, Wren is a wonderful greeter and employee! Absolutely loved her energy and she gave me the BEST scent recommendations that were on sale at the time.

Erica was very warm & welcoming and so helpful, she made my day last week, not to mention her makeup was flawless & the staff is also amazing! This is my go to bath & body works for years now, ive only ever had one issue with an online pick up order and they made it right immediately! The best customer service!
