So this is my story I made a order for a iPhone 12 that was supported to be a Christmas present .so made the order put my address .and then I get my notifications and see that they have wrong address so we speak with boost and ups both said they couldn't do anything about it so before this product was even shipped we tried letting them know it was not the address.so my reaction was to cancell order to avoid any problems.so what they did next was interrupted my cell service that was not due for at least a week.so we made the payment on my iPhone again and you'd figure that they would ship it to my correct address.but no they still continued to ship it to the wrong address.I went to old address to claim my property.but shady people said they didn't have it even When they asked for proof so I showed the people. The picture of delivery and they started to get all angry. And to end my story I don't have my Christmas phone but they will not refund me my money. I seriously do not recommend this company .the customer does not mean anything to them.

I love this shop. The owner and her daughter are always so wonderful every time I go in there. Even if it’s been a little in between visits they always recognize me. Won’t ever stop going as long as they own it.

Today July 27, 2022 around 12:30 noon went to 1251 E Main St Ste 3, in Barstow Boost Mobile to ask a question the Boost Mobile agent was in the cell phone I waited few minutes but the lady did not have the professionalism to say I will be there with you in few minutes but she just continue the conversation in the cell just pretending that I was not even there, after few minutes I just walked out the store. Management need to train their personnel in customer service because they are losing business. Customer services very poor in that particular Boost Mobile store location.

In my opinion shop at a main store Main boost Mobile's downside rinky-dinky stores I bought two iPhones do not owe any money try to transfer over to T-Mobile months later and now they lock one of the phone but not the other boost mobile says you have to have an active account with them for a year in order to transfer I've never heard that before I've been with boost mobile for years and all I did was switched over to T-Mobile I had two lines on my account and they blocked one of the phones and I own both phones. Now all this happened with corporate office not the store but the store is who sold me the phone they are haters and they are mad because I don't wanna be with them anymore so that's my experience but corporate boost mobile It's full of crap And everybody I try to talk to sound like they was from Another country do not understand what I'm saying

The 2 women that work at this location are amazing!! They are patient, kind, informative, and they always take the time to help you even if it takes hours. They will do all they can to solve your phone issues.

Hate it they put blockes on yr. Phone, which i wasnt under contract & it's my phone I paid for it & I then should have full control over my phone not boost!!!!!!!!
