Words can't express how impressive the owner of Casey auto repair shop is......I was driving from LA to Vegas in my Mercedes & my serpentine belt broke in Barstow. I expected to be way overpriced for repairs since I was in the middle of the desert. Casey's shop was recommended to me by a Barstow resident, who said she is honest & fair w her pricing.
They were 100% correct!!!! Casey recommended I use an honest tow company.
She diagnosed my car, ordered the parts & had her excellent mechanics repair it in under 2 hours. The cost was only $340 which is comparable to big city charges! Ur car's in good hands at her shop!???

I started going to Casey’s after a friend recommended him to me. If you’re tired of getting ripped off on repairs to your auto, then you must take your business to Casey. You will receive excellent customer service and I’m sure you will continue to return for all your auto repairs.

My mother-in-law has used Casey's for over 15 years and they have always been good. Not sure what is going on with them now, but I tried to get her car in for service and they said it would "be a couple weeks" due to them being so busy. After more than two months, a few phone calls, and stopped by the garage a couple of times, and I never got an appointment. called Barstow tire and brake and was taken care of in two days. This was over a month ago that my car was repaired and I still have never heard from Casey's...

Casey uses a timeline as an excuse to sell subpar truck parts. Cost me $4150 and the transmission he gave me is completely garbage. Do not use this place

5+Stars for Casey's Automotive and his crew! While moving from CA to NV on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend, Casey and his crew helped me with my disabled vehicle and provided excellent service, great advice and recommendations. It's never fun when something breaks and you are hoping to find a reputable facility that will not take advantage of you, we'll look no further, Casey's is THE PLACE to go. Once again, thank you Casey, I appreciate your help, time and effort.

Had the pleasure of doing business with this company. My car would shut off on me while I was driving. I went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and was told my battery was good but the charging system was bad and I needed an alternator. I purchased the alternator then called a few shops to see who come put it in and how soon. I choose me this company because the receptionist was very polite and they had the best price and could get me in the next day. After I dropped my car off that next morning I was called a few hours later and told that my alternator was fine and asked if it was okay to do a diagnostic. I agreed and they called back to tell me that it was a sensor causing the car to shut off. The part and labor to replace it was a lot cheaper than the labor and they were able to get my car done the same day. My total including the diagnostic fee was still lower than what the alternator would’ve cost me. This whole experience felt like a win to me!

We ended up stuck in Barstow, California when our alternator gave out at 5 p.m. We were able to get to the O'Reilly's and purchase a new alternator. In taking the alternator off the serpentine belt was frayed. We bought a new one and in 4 hours was not able to put it on without a tension bar. We had our car towed to a nearby Motel and hoped to find a mechanic that could do the job. We were on our way to Sacramento where my brother who has cancer was in the hospital.Casey's was just down the block. I walked over there to see if they would be able to help us and get us back on the road. I have traveled in 47 of our 50 states and in all that time and the time I have used mechanics I have never found a more helpful mechanic. Stacey saw the distress in my face and knew her mechanic Scott could get it done in an hour. Scott is one of the best mechanics I have met. They had other jobs ahead of us but put us next knowing for Scott it would be easy enough. I prayed for the right people to help us and the right people did. I wish all mechanic shops were like Casey's Auto Repair.

They are very friendly and very skilled at what they are doing. The customer service is excellent while the service that they provide is excellent as well. I would recommend going here if you need work done in your car.
