We stopped at this specific place to use the restroom spent $100+ on gas. They posted a sign as my husband was pumping gas to say they were going on a 30 min break and I let them know we just paid $100 and asked if we could use the restroom as the came to the door and they refused. Poor customer experience for a paying customer. It was late at night and very slow. Letting us in wouldn't have caused a ripple effect. We were the only ones there. This was plain rudeness and lack of empathy and customer service. 3/16 2:28 am PT.
