One of the messiest and most disorganized stores you will ever find. Still convenient for cheap seasonal decorations and last minute needs. There is always some kind of weirdo roaming around. I once saw a guy taking a nap on the floor in one of the isles. Not enough cashiers.

Stopped here to get some stuff and my mother had to use the restroom and was denied. she is an obviously older lady and the lady working on 1/29/24 at 11:49am refused to let her go. That’s a basic human right to let people use the restroom. Disgusting! I would put 0 stars but they add one.

Arrived at 1342hrs to pick up some house hold items, 09/10/2023 and was denied access to the restroom. I have a medical condition called IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) which causes me to use the restroom frequently. Employees were very inconsiderate and rude. I will be speaking with my attorney regarding this matter tomorrow morning. I REFUSE to return for services of any kind at this business and I will also let the locals and my Father who is a Chief Of Police know ASAP.AB 1632, which is codified at Cal. Health & Saf. Code §§ 118700-118703 and effective Jan. 1, 2023, requires certain businesses to allow members of the public with an eligible medical condition to use employee restrooms during normal business hours, even if the employee restroom is not normally available to the public.

so the only reason why I gave a two star is because Feye still works there, but I've been a Dollar general regular for a good amount of years now, and for some reason the new people that they hire do not take customer service serious. There's this girl her name is Tatiana and she has curly hair, she had an attitude with me because she was supposed to open the register to take me next, but instead she went back to the first register to help Feye well I stood and watched two more customers go ahead of me that were behind me. So when I brought it to her attention there was no apology at first, if anything she said,"excuse me?" so I repeated to her that I should have just stayed in line because I would have been next it doesn't make sense to call someone and tell them they're going to be next only to walk away and do a different task. SMH I miss all my old people that used to be here I hope Faye doesn't leave. OH AND NO MORE BATHROOMS HERE..

Went in today and seen the $5 off sale, grabbed some blankets with the "brown dot" like the add says and went to purchase and was denied the use of the coupon which does not state the rules of the coupon so I got a few, come to find out the manager wouldn't let us buy the blankets.. which we were buying for the homeless.. a coupon is a coupon and should be more defined of the limits. Otherwise that is falsely advertising and you denied me of purchasing blankets with the coupons for the homeless. I will be speaking to a lawyer about this...

Never been to dollar general till recently , they have quite a bit of variety and at lower prices than most retail shops . They even have a frozen section with some pretty decent food . Definitely will continue shopping here . They also do curbside pick up now

There is an assistant manager here an old miserable lady known as Ms Patricia who treats her workers and new hires like garbage! Her miserable personal sufferings are obviously taken out on employees and customers her degrading behavior will be reported to Human Resources ASAP!
