“its 11:39am August 2 and I was going to get a new phone with my husband and there was only 1 girl who was watching a video about how to fix this guys problem. She briefly said she would be with us in a second but we could tell it was not going to be a couple of minutes So we had to leave for an appointment. I gave 4stars because i got nice a greeting but they need to hire more people in the a.m. but the girl was super nice when we came back. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Customer service people are alway eager and ready to sell something here. They are friendly kind staff. However once you purchase something from them it seems they never leave you alone. Monthly payments can be a bit high. Down fall with Aaron's they don't report to the credit bureau on how well you pay on time nothing. They really should. As rent a center does report to the credit bureaus.”

“The two young ladies working today were absolutely awesome! They were probably the kindest phone retail clerks that I've ever dealt with and they were so patient with me. I didn't catch their names but, one had light pink hair and the other had long brunette hair. They just made my frustrating day a million times better.Thank you so much ladies!”
