Sold me a refurbished Xbox one controller at full price. Didn't have Bluetooth or auxiliary capability. So it only works when I have it plugged in or hold it within a foot of my xbox. Can't use a mic with it. Tried to return it and they told me no since I didn't have the original packaging. ITS REFURBISHED!

We recently went here to trade in multiple consoles and games and Blossom and Eli were the associates that helped us. Both were very kind and professional and even though we had alot of items, they took care of us and made the entire process easy and memorable. Will go back just for these two amazing people.

Seem to always have a problem with preorders and their customer service in general especially at this location in particular. I purchased a preorder in store and they didn’t have it on launch day. I call in to preorder a different game, today. They offer the preorder when you call and when you attempt to preorder they tell you they cant do it and to come in to the store. I don’t want to travel all the way to the store just to preorder a game that they potentially wont have at launch day. And to get a refund of a preorder that they don't have is such a hassle! They will do anything to not refund you. Such a waste of time. This is why i decided to not go to gamestop anymore and do my preorders though other stores who give me better service ?♂️. And gamestop wonders why its sales are so low….. hire better staff and don't offer the preorder when you answer the phone to tell me you cant preorder. Honestly seems like a lot of laziness at this location, in my opinion.

I went in there and I wanted to return my headset that I paid for it wasn’t damaged or nothing it still worked and I didn’t get my money back and nowI am struggle to pay my rent and bills thanks to sky and all the other workers

I have to drive 45 min to get there. Due to me not wanting to waste gas I have been trying to call these people back to back to back 3 days in a row and ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER! So I was like I’m gonna risk it for the biscuit. As soon as I got there they were closed, and why cause their hours don’t match on google or their Instagram and they don’t know how to answer the phone so yeah. I wasn’t happy having to drive 45 min there for disappointment and 45 min home empty handed. Get it together Game Stop.

Me and my bf weren’t having a good day but when we walked in JESSE was amazing! He made us laugh and was very informative! There was another blonde guy with glasses too he was nice as well. Give them a raise they deserve it.

I came in looking for retro games and the store didn't have any; I mention this only to let others looking for the last generation or two of Nintendo games know to keep looking. That aside, the store seemed a bit on the small side, but otherwise unremarkable and pretty much what one would expect at a Gamestop. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience, I'm currently in the store waiting for a cash refund, which indicates on the receipt. The rep. Sky sent me away with my receiptTo customer care toll free number, who has no record of me. Because it was paid in cash. And ask me to enter back into the store so she could speak to Sky and she admitted she did not know several times how to do it, to the customer service rep. And she had to call someone else to help her. But stated it was their store policy not to refund money they took and order merchandise for us through the store which turned out to be a lie. In order to cancel my order that never arrived, my husband had toBe present in order for me to get my money back because it was sent under his name. Waited for over thirty minutes for something Sky did not know how to do. Stop mis handling customers and sending around the world to get service that can not help them because you don't know how, especially if you know it's wrong, and you expect them not to get upset. Over an hour just to get my cash refund. Shameful.

This store is a joke. They are participating in illegal activities here. Also, negative reviews are being deleted. I stood in line this morning for the series X and was told that they didn't have anymore for $499, but that I can buy one for $1500. I asked him if he lost his mind. There's no way that I'm paying an extra $1000. He said think of it as the price for a no hassle transaction. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! He was the heavy set white employee.
