I have used Labcorp in Barstow for the last 3 years and always leave with a smile on my face. Just this week I was attended to by Courtney and she was a true professional. At 84 years old I needed a little help a with my paperwork and she straightened it out. I have been to many Labs around the Country and I give Labcorp in Barstow an A+. John Crawford.

This location since January 2022 has not received my electronic labs. Finally I go in on 5/27/22 for a 10 am appt, get seen at 11:15am its now June 3, 2022 and my labs are missing!!!!!

This place is very slow , they have all these employees there and it still takes them an hour to get one person in , perhaps if they didn't play into the world paranoia and stupidity so much , this place would be more pleasant .

Standing outside at 10:50 am waiting for her to open the door she looks at me points to her arm and turns around. She had two patients waiting on her to open the door to tell me I'm late. They go to lunch at 11:00am. She told me I was late. To put it in the mail box. I camw to late for her to take the sample I was dropping offf.

Just got told to leave for the staffs lunch and as you see it is 11:41 when she asked us all that were in there to leave, myself having a chronic Illness is hard enough to leave my home to come here to get my blood drawn and this is not the first time I have encountered a issue with the older blonde women at the front desk . There is plenty of disabled veterans here in the city if Barstow who need care and they have refused to help . I have filed a formal complaint and I think they need to replace whoever they have working in office because that was awful . This will go above and beyond and I will ensure of it. NEVER EVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED BY THE STAFF

I walked in. Only one person there. I signed in at computer. Sat down for 6 seconds & before I knew it I was called back for my blood work. The lab technician was professional & very well knowledgeable & experience in her job. I was in & out in 12 minutes. Thanks LabCorp.

Made an appointment for two days later at 745AM. They sent me a text for check in. When I got there I clicked on the link on my text and was immediately checked in. Been here three times over the years and this is the only place that got my blood on the first try every time. Everyone else has so much trouble getting my blood. My appointment was for 745AM and I was out by 8AM. They are the best at what they do!!!

The lady's that work there are not frendley or ther uncaring or maybe thats the way they were raised!
