The lady named Marie gave me the hardest time picking up my nephew’s school package. Because it was in his name she wouldn’t release it even though I’m his guardian, I showed my id with the same address and I showed the school id that shows I’m his name and shows I’m his gaurdian. She told me I would have to bring him in however he is only 11 years old. He doesn’t have a student ID the most that we could do is show my ID and show the tracking number and my email stating that this is for my house and it matches my address on my ID, and I got the email stating to come pick it up with his name on it. She gave me a hard time and was ignoring me most of the time if I could give a zero I would.

I just love the people here ,they are so kind and we laugh and joke all the time in there and beleive me I'm there all the time. I will continue to do my business here and continue to post my good reviews until I'm done wrong . But I don't see that happening. They are Awesome !

Worst customer service. I spoke to fed ex and said they could have charged the packaging materials to the fed ex account but the lady refused at this location. Don't recommend!

LESSON LEARNED!!! Now that my package has been picked up by UPS, I want to share how this place is a HUGE rip-off. Sent a package out today and paid $96.76.... checked online in my Pirate Ship App $28.78 for same service....I can understand paying for the "service" provided by this store, but $69.98 to use their service is ridiculous!!! Transaction took less than 5 minutes!! Will NEVER use them for anything in the future!!
