“I had a really great experience working with Roman while getting my AT&T Internet Air set up. I came in with a LOT of questions, and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything, addressed every concern I had, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service before I left. What really stood out was his customer service. Roman was friendly, personable, efficient, and genuinely seemed interested in making sure I had a good experience rather than just getting me through the transaction. He was handling the store on his own while I was there and somehow managed to keep everything moving without making me or the other customers feel ignored or rushed. Setting everything up ended up being much easier than I expected, and I left feeling really good about the decision. Roman was an absolute pleasure to work with and is exactly the kind of person you hope to get when you walk into a store needing help. Definitely deserves the five stars!”
