“This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the town of Barstow. My customer service representative in the Spectrum store here was Raymond. I traded in my iPhone for the latest model where I also conducted a trade-in of the old one. “Not bad at all, had a cracked screen, could barely use my phone. They said they cpuld fix in bout an hour. Usually when that's said, they either take too long or don't even fix it. They finished it in under an hour, along with really nice service. Honestly didn't expect much. Now if I have a problem, i'll def be heading back. Well Done.”
