On Saturday, as we were driving through Barstow, our check engine light came on. I was almost panicked, but I looked for help immediately. Luckily, service manager Robert, at Mojave Jeep Chrysler, who was about to leave for the day, went above and beyond to assist.With a calm demeanor, yet with a sense of urgency, Robert swung into action. He quickly assessed the situation and realized that my vehicle needed the attention of a good, qualified diesel mechanic. Instead of turning us away due to the late hour, he made a personal commitment to help with the issue promptly. Understanding the inconvenience we faced, he reached out to another service manager to arrange for our vehicle's examination on Monday morning.And Robert, knowing that we needed a place to stay for the weekend while our vehicle waited for its Monday appointment, he extended his helpful hand further. Knowing the local area, locating suitable RV park options that could accommodate us during our unexpected stop. His dedication to our peace of mind was evident.Come Monday morning, as I arrived at the service center, I was met by Caleb, who was expecting me. He prioritized my vehicle and, recognizing our situation, expedited the inspection and repair process. Thanks to Caleb's professionalism and dedication, our vehicle was back on the road that day.Throughout this experience, the exceptional service and the friendly, informative attitudes of both Robert and Caleb left a lasting impression. Their willingness to go the extra mile, not only to address the mechanical issue but also to provide guidance and support during our unexpected stay, were a testament to their commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Robert was fantastic and knowledgeable, and the service team handled my over 20 year car with great care. While you may pay more of a premium than your average local shop, you can trust that this Toyota team makes sure the job is done right. They diagnosed a problem from a previous shop that was done wrong and fixed it. They also brought me to the floor to physically show me the issues. They also attempted to save me money where they could. Their parts are warrantied and are quality, but I guess only time will tell as with any repair. I would only take off half a star, but I can't. The only reason I would is because the wrong parts were ordered, and it took 3 trips to the shop for me to fix two big issues, AC and wiring. The shop was aware, I live far away so this was inconvenient and costly at the time. Fantastic staff. For where this is located they are my favorite dealer. Fair pricing awesome service. Real accurate info. I mean everyone from reception, sales, parts, service. Everyone I saw!

My wife and I rocked up late in the afternoon to look at a 4Runner they had on the lot. Charley was kind enough to drop everything and take us on a fun test drive around town. We fell in love with the 4Runner! Long story short: Charley, Christy, and Kenn and the crew stayed late to work through all the paperwork with us so we could drive it home that night. We were super grateful for all their help and we're loving the vehicle -- five stars across the board. Thank you Charley, Christy, Kenn, and Mojave Toyota!

Best Toyota location I've ever been to in California! Customer service was beyond delivered! Every one is so friendly and helpful! Robert at the out door service booth was super helpful and knowledgeable. My car had overheated on the way to Vegas on a Saturday morning and needed a new radiator last minute. They were out of the part and was told it won't be delivered till Tuesday but the man with glasses who was working in parts service called over 5 + different local part shops in town and found the part I needed!!! I didn't get his name but bless his heart for looking high and low for this part to help me be on my way to my trip the same day. While waiting in the wait area every employee that walked by me said hello and chatted with some for a bit. Super friendly people!! Barbra was super sweet. Every one in that location was so nice and had a good experience for the time being stressed about my car but it got fixed under 3 hours and was on my way and made it safe to vegas and back to LA safe! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR THE FIX AND FINDING WHAT I NEEDED IN ONE DAY! I'll never forget the experience!!! Much love to this location and all the employess!!

Of course if you live in Barstow and looking for a new car, this place is close by and they do have a good selection of cars but when it comes to paper work that's the problem. We tried getting a car here even with a big deposit and it just wouldn't work. They wanted too many co-signers. They were literally asking for so much. After hours, we couldn't even get a used car. Didn't enjoy my experience here.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE DOING ILLEGAL THINGS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I would give 0 stars if possible. I took my jeep in because I have an extended warranty and thought this dealership was my best option. I was oh so wrong. My jeep needed the oil pressure gage replaced and once they called the warranty company to verify they would cover the costs they found out the warranty company would only cover 2.9 hours of labor. They said the job would take 4 hours. They wanted us to pay another 150$ to cover the extra labor. I called down to the dealership where I bought the car (down the hill which is the reason I didn’t take it there) and they said no this job should only take 2.9 hours. Thankfully my fiancé also works at a dealership so he took everything for them to look over closely and they said yeah it should only take 2.9 hours. The dealership you have it at is doing something illegal that we sometimes see, and that’s overcharging for labor. Once we called and told the Barstow jeep dealership this they said they’d talk to the manager. The next day they said yeah we’ll do it in the 2.9 hours, which shows they were lying about the labor time. So after wasting 3 days they could have been working on the jeep they finally start. Well at this point my jeep has been there since before Christmas (over a week) and I need my car for appointments. When I explain this a few days later (we spoke Friday and they said it should be done Monday, now it was Monday) they said they were waiting on the warranty (they had already gotten it approved for the 2.9 hours so why are we waiting to do the work?) I tell them I need a car and they offer to let me use a loaner for one afternoon but I needed my jeep for a trip coming up. Despite them lying and causing extra time to be taken in returning my jeep, and them delaying the start of the work for really no reason, they would not accommodate letting me use the other car more than one afternoon. I will never be returning to this dealership again and if you prefer honesty and not getting taken advantage of, I would highly suggest you choose another place to do business as well.

I Drove from the Victor valley area to purchase my New 2015 Ram 3500 6.7 Diesel truck because they Offer a "Lifetime Warranty" Powertrain only I understand. I receive the Warranty and first time I need to use it I am given a big run around. I provided everything they asked for and was strung out for a week and was told they denied the claim. I have now paid out of my Pocket 2200.00 for a turbo actuator that should have been Covered. UNITED States Warranty Corp is the warranty Company. Look them up VERY BAD Reviews. This Lifetime warranty is a SCAM and Ill be buying my next truck Locally.

Excellent customer service. Diagnosis, part ordered, part received (at night), part installed, repair completed, all in under 24 hours. Amazing. Robert, service tech, excellent service. No complaints about repair, everything, everything is 100 percent 'good-to-go'. Quick service, competent service, courteous service, true professionals.I may even buy my next car there.Thanks Robert, and thanks to everyone else involved with this repair.

I would highly recommended this Toyota dealer, V help me at first the day by phone for making sure car's availability and price all the numbers, and turned to the next V is off on Thursday and Wednesday, so he let his partner "Dillon"to help me for the rest of the works, he is amazing guy! "Easy and simple"!!!!!!!! I living 110miles away from there it's 2.5hr drive! When we got there we just did the test drive and sign paperworks!! Price is the same and monthly is the same as the number when V told me by the phone also!!!!! We just take about 1.5hr finished, never thought but car like this easy!!!!!!!Still Unbelievable during this crazy chip time they didn't markerup the cars value on my 2022 Prius.If you want Toyota, Dodge or jeep and if they have it in stock, asking"Dillon or V" for help you out!

I GOT MY DREAM CAR ! Thanks to the entire work of the manager, sales handler but most importantly the sales person Mark. He went up and beyond for me to be able to get my car within a time frame and was super wonderful and one of the kindest people out there. Me and my sister are planning on getting another car within time and will definitely go through Mark again. Thank you so much !
